Nanami made breakfast alone. But he made enough for two people.
He was reading the newspaper and blowing on his coffee yet to change out of his Night clothes when Y/N shuffled into the kitchen.
She was also still wearing the over side button up and shorts from last night. Her socks slid against the tile as she quietly poured herself a cup of coffee.
"Good morning"
Y/N let out a short murmur in response, yawning as she pulled out a bagel from the fridge. She ignored the waffles on the stove.
The atmosphere was thick with tension, Nanami watching from the corner of his eye as she moved around, pouring herself a cup of tea.
Usually she'd give him a good morning kiss. He couldn't shake the feeling of it despite mounting in the pit of his stomach.
She really was upset with him.
