"Renjun, where is she? Huang Renjun, where the fuck is she?"
Haizhen shouted at Renjun as they talked a little off to the side of everyone else.

The route they had taken meant they passed by the M Circle base first, before going to the other one beneath the post office.

"I don't know." He sniffed, his voice unsteady.
"Were you crying?"
"No." He answered, tears in his eyes.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, SHIT!" She cursed a long string of vulgar words. "Renjun, please, where is she?"
"I said I don't fucking know."

Maybe he had wanted to sound angry, frustrated, as he answered. But all he sounded was deflated. As though Meihua running away like that had left him like a skeleton.

"Huang Renjun, you don't understand how fucking important this is." Haizhen felt her heart rate quicken as a few sparks of worry began to settle in. There was something so very important that Meihua needed to know, and there was little time left to tell her that.

"When did she leave?"
"Before we even left your area."
"Oh my God- Holy shit. We're so fucking far away."

Haizhen momentarily buried her face in her hands before recomposing herself.
"Was she running? Do you think she planned on going anywhere?"

Renjun nodded yes to the first question and shrugged to the second.

That gave the girl a little hope. She went to go and find someone.
"Donghyuck.. Donghyuck! I need to go somewhere, but as the mission starts, make sure everyone goes in through the filing area of our base. Not through the front, past the underground. And only let Renjun go upstairs after Jongin, Lucas and Hwan have checked the area. Go it?"

Things like this were like muscle memory for Haizhen: this was her element. As soon as she was sure Donghyuck understood the brief, she took off running - to the place she thought Meihua might be.
