The Acapulco Vacation (4/5)

Acapulco was a huge impact on Alexander, it was also an opening towards a new path.

He had wonderful moments here that he will cherish for the rest of his life.

The vacation was almost over for the band; which made them all sad since they ultimately enjoyed it here.

Two days remained before they returned to Corpus Christi to finish the Ven Conmigo album, much to the excitement of everyone since they had a feeling it was going to be another huge hit for Selena.

Everyone knew that they had to make the most out of those two days before they left a wonderful place like Acapulco.

And what way to end it?

Going to the beach.

Alexander always wanted to visit the beach of Acapulco. Ever since he first arrived here, he never went into the water. He would just take strolls in the sand with the band.

That was a to-do list for him before he left, and that was also a mission for Chris.

So, everyone decided to have fun on the beach. At least one last time before they called it quits and headed back to their hotel.

Alex was looking forward to heading over to the beach. The day before they went, he was already anxious to just head over and jump into the water.

But, now that he was here, in the hot sand, and hearing the sound of the waves colliding with the rocks.

He was starting to hate himself for even coming.

The reason wasn't the tremendous heat, nor was the sun hitting their skins, or the sand burning the bottom of their feet.

Under the swaying palms of Acapulco: Alex couldn't help but stare at Selena.

Ever since he first arrived in this era, he always distant himself from people except for his friends.

Sure, he has gone to parties with Chris after helping a band out in playing. He even had a bunch of girls hit on him, to which he politely responded that he wasn't interested.

Even after he joined the band, he never paid attention to any female since he was antisocial.

He saw Suzette as an older sister and idol since she was an amazing drummer. And he saw Selena as his inspiration, idol, friend.

But, now that they were at the beach, he couldn't help but become conscious of Selena's physical appearance.

He couldn't help but stare at her even though she wore cover-ups for her bikini.

Alex quickly glanced away, he didn't want to be disrespectful or be seen as those types of guys.

He chooses to stare at the long, blue, unlimited beach that was in front of him. Though, it was impossible not to stare at her.

He would watch her out of the corner of his eyes. It made him hate himself even more for being weak and not looking away. He has caught her glancing at him as well, it was probably the first she has seen him without a shirt.

"Uh, Alex?" Pete said, startling Alex.

"Huh? What? What now?" Alex replied.

"You alright?" Pete said. "Your face is red."
