2 months later...

It's kinda surprising how it's been already 2 months since Alex and Chris joined Selena y Los Dinos.

During those 2 months, they have been performing in different states such as San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, Austin, etc.

Selena y Los Dinos were growing stronger every day. Their main goal was to create a bigger fanbase for Selena so she can get the English crossover.

That was always the talk in the group.

Alex wasn't going to lie but he was nervous when he had to perform in front of thousands of people for the first time in his life, but he was able to get used to it, and now he's always excited when they are going for their next gig.

When he was on stage for the first time with Selena. He couldn't believe how much better her singing was in person than on a YouTube video. She would have this voice that conveyed any type of emotion in her voice and sang it perfectly.

When she sang, it would always sound as if she was singing towards you and the crowd felt that as well.

Alex's ears would always ignore the instruments and instead focused on her voice that seemed to have this control over anyone that was 100 feet away from her, it was hypnotizing.

Her singing was just out of this world for anyone that listened to her. If she was alive in his time, autotune would have never worked with her.

During their time in the band, Alex and Chris instantly got along with the band, they both considered the members of the band like their family. Something that still to this day shocked Alex on how he considered the band to be his family when he was from a different timeline.

Alex's skills on the guitar have improved dramatically to the point where he was getting offers from different bands to play for them.

Chris on the other hand had also improved, but, not by a lot since the man already was an expert at it. He always brought his fender Stratocaster and Jackson Soloist when it came to performing in front of a big crowd.

The Selena album was just about done and ready to be released. That was one achievement the whole band was proud of.

The group was still signed to Capitol EMI since they started their Latin Division.

Although, everything was going well for the band. Alex still felt like he was intruding on something he didn't belong to. Even when he joined the group, he still couldn't get rid of the feeling.

After Suzette almost caught Alex and Selena hugging, he spent most of the 2 months trying to distance himself from Selena.

He didn't want to get into any trouble, especially towards a manager like Abraham who wouldn't hesitate to get you fired.

Alex would spend his time in the studio with A.B and Chris, finishing and editing songs from the Selena album,

Thankfully, Alex was cool with Suzette and was always comfortable joking around her along with Chris.

He still spoke with Selena, but it was more of greeting each other when it was their time to perform in gigs.

Alex was always an antisocial type of person. When the band was on the bus, they would always be in the dining area joking and talking while Alex stayed in the bunk area playing with his guitar or looking out the window.
