The Acapulco Vacation (1/5)

By the time they all knew it, the week had gone by a breeze. The vacation towards Acapulco was on the mind of everyone, especially two certain individuals.

Alex and Chris had spent half of the week shopping, trying to get any necessary things they will need on the vacation.

Selena had also spent all the week shopping with Suzette, she had a difficult time trying to buy clothes that fit her style, especially for a trip to Acapulco.

Pete along with Joe were also invited to the Acapulco vacation, and surprisingly, they did accept to come. They were always in their hometown, Laredo.

Ricky decided to stay, he felt like he wasn't spending too much time with his family and instead wished them fun on their trip.

Abraham and Marcella decided to stay as well, the trip wasn't something they had planned this summer, and instead wanted to spend it in their home. Although, since they weren't going, Abraham strictly reminded A.B and Suzette to take of their little sister.

Thankfully, Alex and Chris have been in the band for a year, and Abraham already knew they weren't those types of people. He felt more at ease now.

Now, the band members were all heading towards the Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) before their flight took off.

Alex had to wake up early in the morning to get dress and at least have something to eat. The plane flight was 2 hours and 2 minutes, but you'll never know how hungry someone could get.

A.B came and picked them first thing in the morning, and took them towards the airport where the rest were already waiting for them.

This was strange for the two lead guitarists, they were going to a different place other than Texas.

The swirl of emotions was around the band members. Excitement, nervousness, and happiness were all they felt.

Upon handing their tickets and showing that they were meant to be on the plane, the band members quickly went inside the plane.

Alex sat next to Chris in the very first-row seat. Selena and Suzette sat in the middle-row. Pete and Joe sat in the back with A.B, who didn't mind sitting alone since he wanted peace. Not to mention he wanted to eat alone without a certain someone taking his food.

Just as it was informed, the plane ride was 2 hours. At the beginning of the flight, Alex expected it to be silent but was proven wrong when he can hear Selena laugh in the back. That made him smile, she couldn't handle silence.

One of the things Alex was extremely annoyed with, was the popping in his ears. This was his first time on a plane so his ears kept popping when he would yawn or swallow, it made him sometimes want to punch his ears.

Instead, he spent it talking to Chris to distract himself from the annoyance of his ears. They both just spent the next hour talking about buying new guitars, a car, what to do when they get to Acapulco.

Sometimes, Selena would come over next to them, completely ignoring how unstable the plane was. It made Alex chuckle how she didn't care about it.

The food on the plane was good, Alex order soup since that was the only thing he could trust. He did have breakfast earlier and for some reason, his hunger came back as soon as he stepped a foot in the plane. But, at least it was something that will keep his stomach full for the remainder of the flight.
