Ruby's POV

"Ok so you mean to tell me that key is a crazy substitute teacher that says peoples names wrong on purpose?" Jason laughed as we cleaned up the kitchen.

We had just finished dinner and were cleaning up. I decided to let go of the fact he didn't believe me. It was pointless to argue about and I made him promise not to meet up with trunks alone again.

At least I hopped he would keep his promise. I didn't want trunks getting him into shit that could possibly get him killed.

He was my best friend for crying out loud. "Yes and peele was a student named Timothy but of course you know they said his name wrong too."

I laughed out putting the wet cleaning rag to dry. "I'ma definitely check that out now. But hey it's getting late and I don't want you to walk home with all these crazy people out. I'll drive you."

He said but I shook my head. "No Jason it's fine I want to walk. I need it cause my mom be having me cooped up in the house all the damn time." I spoke to him. Jason nodded his head in thought.

"Then here take back your taser you left here." He said taking out my black and pink taser out of his basket. "You had it this whole time?!" I exclaimed snatching it out of his hand and kissing it.

"You forgot it here the day you got drunk." Jason laughed at my craziness. I kissed the taser multiple times. "Finally you have come home." I spoke giving it one last hug before putting it in my sweater pocket. 

"Yea ain't nobody gonna mess with you. Crazy ass." Jason slightly laughed out. "Of course nobody is gonna mess with me! With how crazy I am you really expecting niggas or bitches to start shit with me?"

"Nah you good on that one I know you'll be safe. Just don't forget to call me when you get home." Jason said following me to the door. "Of course I will. Talk to you later Jason."

We said our goodbyes and I started on my way home. My mom was gonna be pissed at the fact that I'm getting home late but hey. The night is my playground. I can do whatever I want.

Beat up whoever I want. I can be me and none of these fuckers out here can stop that. I get into fights and no matter what I always win. And nobody can ever doubt me.

I kicked a can that was left on the floor sending it flying past a bush and into someone's yard. It rolled under a bush causing a cat to screech and dash out running into the street and into someone else's yard.

"Pussy." I snickered before going on and venturing onward. Taking my phone out I saw it was 11:00. Damn I was gone for a long time already. My mom is gonna be pissed. Checking my messages I saw multiple calls and texts from her.

Messages from:Mom

Mom- Ruby it's 9:58! Where are you???

Mom- Ruby I told you to be back at a specific time and you deliberately disobey me again!!!

Rolling my eyes I shoved my phone back into my pocket. What she doesn't   understand is that I'm 19. I'm not a baby anymore and she can't keep me locked in the house forever.

An uneasy feeling spread over my body as I felt like someone was following me. But I ignored it cause if someone wanna stare then oh well it's there eyes. I finally made it to the corner store and  walked inside.

"Hello there Ruby. Shouldn't you be home by now?" The cashier asked me. His name was Juan. Juan was a really nice dude considering the fact he was so scared of me that he let me take whatever I wanted free of charge.

"Yes I should but you know I don't go well with rules." I smiled at him batting my long eyelashes at him. "Yea we all know that. What can I get for you today? " He asked leaning close to me on the counter.

I saw a beautiful heart necklace hanging from his shirt pocket. "Well I actually came here for you." I said smirking at him. "For me? Well that's a first." He said in compete shock.

I jumped on the counter and placed both arms on his shoulders. I then gave him a seductive look before kissing him on his lips. I'm not going to lie his lips were very soft.

But I also hated every moment of it. I grabbed his hand and lead him to the back of the store. "Ruby I'm still on the clock I can't do this." He called out. "Don't worry it will only be just a second." Was all I replied with.

Trunks POV

We watched as Ruby took the worker to the back of the store. They ended up going inside the bathroom closing the door behind them. "This bitch is a slut. I'm glad the boss is deciding to kill her." Ski said while smoking a blunt.

"We aren't bringing her to him just yet. We have to figure out her routine. Pick the perfect time to catch her." I said watching the bathroom door intently. "Ming she's not a fucking pokemon we should just go in now and grab her."

Ski chuckled blowing the smoke out his mouth. "Boss made me the leader in this mission Ski! Don't tell me what to do!" I stated annoyed at him. Just then I felt a hand grab my shirt.

I was then face to face with Ski. "Listen here nigga the boss made me come with you so you don't fuck up again! He even gave me the go to kill yo stupid ass if you do that funny shit!  So watch yo fucking mouth!"

He said before pushing me back with so much force that my head hit the window. Rubbing my head I sighed painfully. "What are we gonna do now then." I asked looking inside the store. "Your going to inject her with this. Then I grab her we put her in the van and we out." He said holding a shot in his hand.

"Fine let's make this quick." I said grabbing the needle while Ski grabbed his gun and a computer. He worked his magic on the computer than shut it. "Alright the cameras are off for 20 minutes. Let's hurry up." He said as we put our masks and gloves on and got out the car.
