"Maddi!!!" I heard my mothers call out from behind the door to the room.

The door flies open and my mothers wrap me in a giant embrace "OUCH!" I squeal. Has everyone forgotten that Im hooked up to like 15 needles? "Oh! Oh I'm so sorry," says one after the other. "The doctor called us and told us you woke up and we came in right away!" They tell me. "Well, that's great. But, how did you guys know about me? And have you met Nash? He's nice." I look over and smile at Nash. "She's got amnesia." Nash informs my moms. " Honey... We know about what happened because we lived it with you. You were in the hospital for 3 days.. You tried to commit suic-" I stop my first mom from speaking. "I know that. I'm... Sorry. Please skip that part." I say.

She continues, "No need to be sorry. Its not your fault. Anyway, we heard you screaming and couldn't get the door open. So we grabbed the closest phone we could find; which was yours." My first mom couldn't go on and tears began to swell in her eyes at the thought. It pained her to relive those moments. I could tell. So my next mother picked up for her. "We were so overwhelmed and anxious that, in our warped thoughts of what could be going on behind that door, instead of dialing the police, we called the first number that showed up on your phone. It was Nash's. He arrived as soon as possible after we called and... Madison, He saved your life." She finished. "So no, we don't exactly know Nash, but without him, you wouldn't be here, so.. I don't think we would mind getting to."

My other mom finished. "Thank you guys. Thank you so much." I say. Then the doctor walks back into the room. "Mrs. And Mrs. Jaiso?" He asks. "Yes this is us" one replies. "Good. So we have decided that in order for Maddi to make a full recovery, she will be required to take a 25 minute therapy session once every day that you two, and Nash will have to attend . She doesn't require advanced treatment because her case of amnesia is not as sever as the usual. This isn't something mandatory, however it is necessary if you want her memory back." The doctor left off. Its like he told my parents I needed to take the sessions, then leaving them the choice of weather or not I should go. My mothers glanced at me and Nash, and signaled that they wanted us to decide. I gave Nash a slight glance and answered them. "Yes, I want to take the sessions." I decided. "Alright then. I'll come back with a nurse and we will take out your iv and other machines hooked up to you so you can get ready. The first session starts today at around noon in room 14." The doctor smiles and leaves the room. 'noon..' I think to myself. That's in about half an hour. I better get ready!

They finally decided to detach me from all the injections I was on and let me move around the hospital floor so I could get to the therapy room.

Room 14 was huge, or at least it was in comparison to my small stuffy room. "Hello, my name is Dr. Holland, I will be your therapist." a nice lady with a sweet smile introduces herself. "Now I'm guessing you're Madison?" She asks, pointing at me. "Yep, that's me." I reply . "Well it's great to meet you." She sticks out her hand for me to shake it. I clasp it and give it a firm shake, then she moves on. "So basically, I will just be monitoring how well your memory is being restored and I'll write down things that um... That.." She glances at my mothers, trying to figure out what to call them by "Oh! I'm sorry, I'm Amanda, Nic to meet you." said one of my moms, and they shook hands. " I'm Jennifer." Says the other. "Things that Mrs. Amanda, and Jennifer tell me. And our team has also decided to have you keep a diary." She said to me. Oh Greeaatt. A diary. Wow, how fun.

This is gonna take a while...

(A/N : From now on I'm just going to call Maddi's moms momma Jennifer and momma Amanda 😊 )
