Sapphire
I slide on one of Thomas's hoodies to complete my outfit then he wraps his arms around my waist, "I like you wearing my clothes." I'm about to say something but my phone starts going off. I grab it then answer, "Hello?"
"Where are you guys?" I sigh, "We are on our way, Mark." I hang up then grab Thomas's hand, "Let's go or he'll bust a cap."
20 minutes later
We pull into a diner then Thomas grabs my hand, "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, why?"
"You were quiet the entire car ride and you look like you're about to pass out." I shrug, "I'm just tired. I'll be fine once I get some food in my system."
"Are you sure?" I nod then lean over to kiss his lips, "I love you."
"I love you too." We get out of the car then walk into the diner, over to the table where Mark and Harmony are sitting. "Hey," I tell them. They smile but Mark just eyes me, "Are you okay?"
"Yes, Mark. So, what do you need to tell me on this fine morning?" Mark looks over at Harmony, grabbing a hold of her hand, "Harmony and I have something to tell you." I raise an eyebrow then Harmony smiles, "I'm pregnant." It's like, in that moment, I choose to black out.
Thomas
"Sapphire, Sapphire!" I try and shake her awake but she won't budge. I wrap an arm around her waist then slide her out of the bench with me, picking her up bridal style. I walk out of the diner then place her into the car, running to the driver seat but Mark runs out, "What did you do to her?"
"I didn't do anything to her. I'm going to get her help so let me." I jump into the car then drive off. I get to the house, picking up Saph, then running into the house, "Luke! Help please!" Luke runs out of the hospital wing then waves me over. I run over, trying not to jostle her too much, then Luke presses a finger to her throat, "Did she take anything?"
"I don't think she did." He looks at me, "I need to get a better look at her because right now, I can barely feel her pulse."
