Chapter 4

UNFASHIONABLY GEEKY

When I got out of bed this morning I felt in the happiest mood. This happens very rarely .

I jumped out of my bed and skipped over to the bathroom so that I can do my morning routine, which consists of hair, teeth, and makeup.

I walked over to my closet trying to decided what to wear.

"The struggles of a clueless teenage girl" I thought. I quickly decided on something simple and then made my downstairs.

I smiled as I walked into the kitchen, I saw that my mom was making eggs and bacon.

"Morning mom" I sing.

"Well, you are are awfully chirpy this morning." She said giving me a kiss on my forehead.

"Well look at you! Eggs and bacon?"

She grinned and then pushed a plate towards me. "Eat." She said pointing a finger accusingly at me.

As I walked into the school gates I noticed that Ivy was leaning against my locker. Uggh I am not letting her ruin my day!

"Hey freak." She said glaring at me.

"Hey..." I say quietly. If she teases me my anger is going to go through the roof. I swear everything irritates me.

"I like your clothes." She mocked. She reach out and began playing with my jumper straps.

I quickly slapped her hand away and she just glared at me in reply. I continued to collect my books out of my locker so I could get ready for first period.

I felt a hand on my shoulder pulling me around to face Ivy. "Freak, I wasn't done talking."

" Yeah? well... To bad because I was." I snap , my voice laced with venom. "Oh and by the way, at least my jumper is going to keep me warm unlike your slutty top and your short shorts, I can see your ass hanging out."

"Oohh someone is a bit feisty today." She hissed. "Guess what freak, even if you do stand up for yourself I am not done messing with you. Nobody likes you, and nobody ever will because you don't fit in! You may as well not even be alive because nobody realised you are in this world." She snapped

When she finished her sentence I could feel anger boiling up inside and it was not slowing down. Before I knew it I was punching Ivy in the face.

She squealed as she fell to the floor. "What the fúck!" With that I knew it was time to make like a bannana and split. Quickly I closed my locker door and run away from Ivy who was on the floor surrounded by her Barbie gang.

I turned my head around not wanting to see them glaring at me any longer. As I turned the corner I ran straight into something. It felt really hard. I stumbled backwards and looked up to see Lance with an amused smirk playing on his lips.

"Uggh what do you want!?" I said sounding really irritated.

"I saw what you did to Ivy." I quickly looked up, oh shit this is not good, Ivy and him have like an on and off fling. "Personally I didn't know you could punch like that, I reckon half the guys I know couldn't punch that hard."

Sorry that this is a short chapter but I needed to introduce Ivy, the typical mean girl at Kerina's school. Next chapter will start off here, so that you guys can see what happens. Also I wrote this chapter on my phone so sorry if there are mistakes. Will edit later
