People say that with answers more questions than before do arise. And this is the case for me.

You know that feeling when something someone's says just confused you so much it just shuts down your entire body and/or brain. Well... This is me right now.

I felt myself drop to the floor after what Lance had told me.

In the far distance I could hear someone calling my name. "Kerina!" I could make out Lances face but I couldn't respond I was too lost in thought.

What did he mean I was still a virgin. "I know it happened." I whispered to myself. "I felt it! In the morning. I FELT IT." I suddenly shouted.

I got back up too my feet and my vision was once again restored. I felt two arms hold my shoulders, keeping me upright. "Lance! I..... It can't be! I felt it in the morning... The pain..." I half said to him, half said to myself.

"Kerina, listen. Like I said those were his intentions.... So obviously there couldve been some type of foreplay involved." He tried to reassure me what he was saying is true.

"But why?..... He had me where he wanted me, why didn't he just take me then and there? How can someone just suddenly grow a conscience?"

I blindly continued rapid firing questions at him that he couldn't answer. Until he cut me off. "Ker! Please be quite for one second!" I hadn't even realised the warm tears trickling down my cheeks until he reached for my face to wipe them away.

I tried to slow my breathing and heart rate. But the more his hand lingered on my cheek the less likely I was going to be able to do that.

I pulled away from his hand, and he removed his hands off my cheeks. "You slept with Chloe." I reminded him, it wasn't all princess and princes.

"Yeah... But I did it for your happiness. And you kissed other guys." He had a fair point, but I was still angry with him.

"But none of that makes up for what you made Hansel do." He looked away from my intense gaze. he probably felt guilty.

"Like I thought." I turned on my heels and started to walk out of his house.

As I looked over the road at my house I realised, Lance had done an extrodinary thing for me. He helped me solve something that had been slowly chipping away at me for a while now.

And with this realisation came another one. At the tree house that night. I leaned in.... I was the one who initiated the kiss, which means one thing and one thing only, what I felt for Lance before I dated Hansel might still be there perhaps not beating as strong but strong enough.

Quickly I turned around again to see Lance watching me at his front door. Slowly I found my legs had managed to walk me to him.

"Screw it" with that I found myself leaping into Lances arms like a lovestruck school girl. And he finally kissed me.

Short Chapter but OOHHHH LAAALAAAA are they about to do the dirty??? Mhmmm I don't know.... Gotta find out next chapter.
