I opened my eyes to see some form of abyss, like I was walking on water with the galaxy in the sky and around me. Except when I looked at the water it was like it was silver melted and it reflected the world around me.
"Hello." A voice said making me look up to see myself from when I still lived in Australia.
"What is this?"
"This is the part of your brain that allows for the past and the present to speak to one another."
"Why do I need to talk to my past?"
"I'm more here to symbolise all of your past knowledge. For history often repeats itself."
"How is my past repeating?"
"You've seem to forgotten the most important part of your life before here."
"What did I forget?"
"That no matter how much you try to run away from your past....." she told before just disappearing and then reappearing mere inches from my face. "It will always catch up when you least expect it."
Before I had the chance to ask what she meant she pushed my head back making me fall into the water. As I began to be pulled under it all, as she crouched down next to me and gave a sly smile.
"Somethings big is coming. Wether it be from the future, from the past or from your present. You can't out run this, like you've done so many times before."
"What does this all mean?!"
"That's for you to work out.... if you can escape from this nightmare." She told before I was taken fully under.

I fell into a random room, making me let out a groan.
'Well that hurt.'
I looked around me to see I was in my old room back in Australia.
"What the hell?"
I got up and looked around more to see the outside world looked almost static.
"Definitely not normal."
I walked to the door that leads outside of my room to see I could actually go someplace else. I slowly made my way downstairs to see that everything slowly turning upside down, that by the time I was in the lounge room all the furniture was on the ceiling.
"My mind palace is strange."
I made my way towards the front door and opened it to see it was also static.
"Well this is great."
"Certainly." Someone told making me turn around to see it was myself again.
"What the hell is going on?"
"No more questions." She told before pushing me out of my house so I went falling through the static.

I sat up in bed and took a few deep breaths.
"What the absolute hell was that?"
I looked next to my bed to see Bjorn was still asleep on my bedside table making me give a small smile.
'I got weird dreams.'
