Hello again.

I rang the bell and the weird camera came and stopped right at my face.
"Uh hi." I said as I have a sheepish smile and a small wave.
"Hello miss. (Y/l/n). Adrien isn't here right now."
'Natalie.'
"I actually came to see Mr.Agreste. If he is too busy right now then I can come back when he isn't."
"It's fine. He is always happy to see you. You may come in."
The camera went back in and the gate opened enough for me to walk through before it closed. I walked to the house for it to open and show Natalie.
"How have you been so far in the new year?" I asked
"I have been well. What about you miss. (Y/l/n)?"
"50/50. Also you can call me (y/n)."
"Very well. Come this way he is just going over some designs." She told as she led the way to his office.
She opened the door and led me in before she spoke.
"(Y/n) is here Mr.Agreste." She told before leaving and heading back to whatever she was doing.
He didn't look up from his screen and I took more of the room in.
'I've been in here a few times but there is always something new for me to see.'
I walked over to the pictures of Adrien in the wall and began to miss hearing him and spending time with him.
'Maybe this is a bad idea.'
"(Y/n). Come over here please."
I looked over at him to see he hadn't moved his eyes off the screen and I moved next to him. I watched as he went through designs and fabric options till I saw one with a small spiral design.
"I like that one. It looks almost hypnotic." I told as I pointed to it.
He clicked on it and enlarged it so I could get a better look at it.
"What do you suggest it go on?"
"Well if you wanted a subtle look then on ties, scarfs and pocket squares. If you wanted to go further into the hypnotist area then a watch." I told.
"What do you see in this?" He asked as he turned so he was looking at the painting he kept.
I turned to look and saw he was looking upset at the photo.
"Well I can tell she had a loving look and a gentle touch to her. But I can tell you miss her dearly." I told
"Every time one of us has brought you up Adrien gets the exact same look that I do when I think about Emilie. You showed the same look when looking at the photos of Adrien just before."
"I didn't think he was missing me."
"What happened between you two (y/n)?"
"We got into a little disagreement. He hasn't been wanting to talk to me except when he saw I was talking to a friend on the way here. What do I do?" I asked as I looked up at him.
"Show that you still care for him. Me and Emilie got into a disagreement once and she didn't speak to me for awhile. I showed her that I still cared for her and that I loved her. Show Adrien you care for him and love him still. It may take time but I will be happy to help." He told as he placed a hand on my shoulder and gave me a kind smile.
"Thank you. I'm glad I came here to talk to you."
"Why don't you stay for a drink. We can talk more about solutions or even other options. Or even just talk about one of your stories that you have created."
"Why are you being so kind to me?"
"Because I care for you and my son. He reminds me of how I felt when I was first in love with his mother. Even though you two are not on the same page right now I still see you two having a happy life together. Ever since Adrien brought you into his life and into ours you're like a daughter to us. I care for my family and they always come first. You will come first along with Adrien."
"I think.... I'll take you up on the drink offer." I told as I looked up at him with a small smile.
'Even though we are enemies we are also family. And I need to act like we are only family.'
