"Sit here. I need to do some stuff still." She told as she pointed to a couch covered in plastic.
Before any of us could respond, she walked off and left us alone.
"What the absolute....." I began before we heard the plastic moved.
We looked over to see Adrien and Nino slowly sinking into the couch, making us facepalm at the fact they just did it.
"Really?" Alya questioned the two.
"If we sit in one spot, we won't break anything and have a curse out on us." Nino told.
"There is no such things as curses." Mari told before she hit a table.
I saw a very expensive vase wobble, making me quickly move and land on the ground under it before it fell. As soon as I was holding it, I was terrified to move.
"I'm just going to join the others." Mari told before she carefully moved and sat next to Adrien on the couch.
"Same." Alya added as she followed the same path and joined Nino.
"You going to move Babe?"
"No. Because it might break." I admitted.
"Do you need help?" He asked.
"No. Cause we might break something else." I pointed out.
I slowly sat up and made sure I was not dropping this god damn vase. Once I carefully placed it back onto it table, I slowly moved towards the others.
'So far, so good.'
I was able to make it to the couch with no incident and sat in between the boys, before I began to slowly sink into the couch as well.
"What do we do now?" Nino whispered.
"We never leave where we sit." I told.
"It's gonna get cold at night." Mari stated.
"We can cuddle for warmth."
"I bags Nino." Adrien told making us look at him. "I said what I said."
"Sorry bro. I bags (Y/n). Cause we are the real power couple." He told making Alya whack him on the arm.
"That's gay bro." I joked making us fist bump.
"Uh guys." Mari spoke making us look towards her.
"Yes?" We all questioned.
"You guys see the painting right?" She questioned making us follow where she was pointing.
As soon as we saw it, I quickly realised what it was.
"Oh wow." Me and Adrien told as one.
The painting we were looking at was the same one we had discovered of my ancestors. Safe to say, everything was weird in this house.
"It's an ancestor of mine." My grandmother suddenly spoke, making us all jump. "And I suppose they are yours as well."
'What do we do?!'
"So, you are my granddaughter?" She asked as she sat across from us.
"Yes."
"Are you a witch?" Nino asked making Alya smack him upside the head.
"And these are the people you associate with?"
"They kinda just adopted me when I first arrived. Much better then these two twins I was once associated with, guy kinda keeps wanting to date me." I explained not sure what to do here.
"Not a nice guy?"
"He's nice, but very troublesome." I told not sure how to explain him since the two haven't met and it's unsure how to explain him.
"Understandable then."
"Yeah. So where is Eugene?"
"In the kitchen."
'This is so awkward.'
"My name is Margret, thought I'd mention that incase my grandchild did not." She told them.
"I'm Alya and my boyfriend Nino."
"Hello ma'am." He told unsure what to say.
"I'm Marinette." Mari continued.
"And I'm Adrien." He finished and we waited for her to say something only for her to just give a nod in response.
"So, what do you do?" I asked to try and get out of this awkwardness.
"I run a opera house."
"Sounds interesting."
"I would hope so. It is how your parents met." She told surprising us as she continued. "Your mother was an opera singer in her late teens and early twenties, she also loved making art and music. Something she shares with her father, and your grandfather."
"Funny enough, (Y/n) here also creates art." Adrien told making a slightly surprised look form on her face.
"Really?"
"Yeah, I got it from mum. She also introduced me in writing stories. My brother cooks and is actually a chef, while my sister is planning on becoming a vet." I explained to her and her features softened as I spoke.
"You remind me so much of her." She told before my grandfather walked back in, making her return to her stoic look.
"Food is ready." He told us making my grandmother move to get food while the five of us were worried on how to get there without breaking anything.
"We didn't think about food." We all quietly told to ourselves as my grandparents headed off.
"You never mentioned your parents met at the opera." Adrien pointed out making the others agree.
"Yeah girl, why didn't you tell us this?" Alya asked.
"I didn't know they did." I admitted to them.
