We were awkwardly standing in the foyer of his place both not moving from our spots or saying anything.
'Well this is certainly very awkward.'
"Uh.....hi?" Adrien said as he gave a small wave.
"Hi." I said as I repeated his actions.
'Oh god this is so bad. The dude I love is standing right here and no one has moved a muscle. This is fantastic.'
"(Y/n), Adrien!" Gabriel said making us jump and turn to look at him.
"Yes?" We both asked at the same time.
"Why don't you two spend some time together in Adrien's room."
"Oh but I have to go since Adrien is obviously busy with stuff and thangs."
"Nonsense (y/n). Go now."
I turned to look back at Adrien and he extended his arm to offer me to go first. I reluctantly agreed and we made our way to his room. As soon as the door shut I couldn't stop looking outside his windows away from him.
"So....." he began.
"So indeed." I told before biting my lip to hold back my bitterness towards him.
"Have you been spending time with Luka or was that a one off thing that I saw?"
"We just ran into one another while I was making my way here." I told still not able to look at him.
"Why did you come here?"
"I wanted to ask your father some questions since no one else is talking to me."
"Why him out of everyone?"
"Because he is your father Adrien."
"Why can't you even look at me?"
"Because I know as soon as I look at you I'll get mad for how you've treated me since you found out but then I will cry because I've missed you so much and it hurts when you haven't replied back to me at all."
"(Y/n)....." I heard footsteps and then an hand on my arm "please look at me."
I slowly turned around and once I saw he had tears in his eyes the ones I was holding back began to flow as well.
"I have missed you so much as well." He told as we rested our foreheads together.
"Then why did you never text me back?"
"Was mad at first but then I was scared an argument was going to happen."
"Well I mean the first message you finally sent to me was a mad text."
"I didn't mean it like that."
"But that's how it came off as."
"I know. I'm sorry that it did, I was just worried."
"I get that."
"I have to ask one last thing."
"Ok."
"Are you working with him now?" He asked
"What?" I asked as I pulled my head away from him.
"Are you working with you know."
"No I'm not working with him! Why would you think that?!"
"Because you came here to see my father you never do that."
"I came here to see him because he could give me some idea on how to make it up to you!"
"Why would you think that?!"
"Bjorn gave me that idea. Because he would know what would help fix this!" I told as I pointed at us.
"He is our enemy."
"You don't think I don't know that?!"
"No I know you know. You did keep it hidden from us for most of the time we've known you."
"Oh here we go again. You are still mad about that."
"It's just confusing why after New Years you thought was the right time."
"You just gotta think about it Adrien."
"I have and I can't work it out. All I can really assume is that you had no choice."
"For god sake I love you but this is idiotic. Now if you don't mind, I'm going to go and get some cupcakes and cake because I'm craving them right now." I told before walking out.
I rushed out of the place and made my way to the bakery.
'Unbelievable!'
