CHAPTER TWO

We're here in Drew'a house with his teammates. The maid is busy preparing for our foods. And about Drew's parents, his mom is helping to and his dad, he's now in the State. Sabi ni Drew may meeting daw ang dad niya for a investor.

"Charlotte, can you help me here?" Tawag ni tita, mommy ni Drew.

"Yes po tita. Excuse me. Tutulong lang ako doon." I told them. Umalis na ako papunta sa kusina when I hear Jeric words.

"Drew, hindi mo ba liligawan si Charlotte?" I don't know why, pero bigla akong kinabahan. Until...

"Why not? But I love her like a sister even though we're bestfriend since then, I had something in my heart to be part of her life and that's not mean I want her as my girlfriend." Napa buntong hininga ako. May gusto din ako kay Drew but I want that too, to be his sister. Hindi ko gusto masira ang pagkakaibigan namin for that love.

Pumasok na ko ng kusina ng may ngiti sa mukha.

"What's that smile in your face ihaj?" Napatingin ako kay tita.

"Si Drew po kasi may nasabi lang siya na maganda tungkol sa amin." Napangiti naman ito.

"You mean, the both of you. Your relationship?" Tumango ako. "May level na ba?" Nawala ang ngiti ko.

"T-tita.."

"It's okay. I know that in the first place. I was joking here. Alam ko ang sasabihin ni Drew at sinabi niya kaya ka nakangiti pag pasok dito." She said.

Napatingin naman ako rito.

"He wants to be by your side as his sister, right?" Bigla akong napangiti. "And I don't want to argue by that. I want you too be my daughter charlotte even your not my daughter in law or what so ever."

Niyakap ko siya. Napatawa naman ito.

"I know you been in love with him, ganon din si Drew, pero you both are strong to avoid that things." My eyes start to blurry.

Yes, I been in love with him since then, pero hindi ko ginawa ang bagay na makakasira sa amin. Sabi nila, why not to try. You two been together as bestfriend maybe you'll end up together in the end. I just smiled.

Wag mong pilitin ang bagay na ayaw mo. Kahit gusto ng puso mo, kasi hindi naman pweding kung anong gusto nito susundin mo na. May choices kang pagpipilian it's either na gawin mo or hindi mo gawin.

Inalis na nito ang yakap sa akin at nag umpisa na kaming mag luto. Mom's Drew is so mindful and understanding. Kaya nga kami magka sundo.
