Papai drove me to camp on monday.
"I'll miss you child, see you on friday." Papai said and he kissed my forehead.
"Cassey!" I glanced to the direction and waved back to Rebecca.
"Hi! How was your weekend?"
"Good! I heard that you went to the palace last saturday."
"Uhm.. yes. There was a tea party." News do travel fast here.
"You were the talk of the town Cassey! Every girl our age is talking about you."
"What? Why?" Why are they talking about me? Did I do something wrong?
"In Wershback anyway. My friend attended the tea party and she said the Prince and Calix were all over you. She even thinks that Tatiana is jealous of you."
"Me? No! They were just being nice since I'm new in here."
"I don't think so. Calix couldn't even last a minute breathing the same air as Tatiana but he lasted hours with her because of you! "
"They were just being nice." Me? The talk of the town? That's new.
"Oh come on! I don't believe that. I think they really like you Cassey."
"They don't... Come! Lets go to our cabin. This bag is heavy." I said, changing the subject.
I felt someone tugging my bag. I looked back.
Its Louie. My face is burning again.
"Let me carry it." he said.
"No, its fine your highness."
"Stop with the formalities now Cassey, its not required here. Now, give me your bag."
"No, really its fine. The cabin's just near anyway."
"Its an order Cassey." He said, his face serious. So I gave my bag to him.
"Thank you." I said blushing. I glanced at Rebecca and she's mouthing the words "I told you." I replied with a wide eyed "No."
When we entered the cabin, everyone was wide eyed.
"Good morning ladies! I'm just going to drop this off." Louie said. "Where's your bed Cassey?"
I pointed at the bed near the window. He dropped my bag there.
"Thank you." I said.
"No problem." He said and smiled his smile. I melted, we all did.
"See you later ladies." And he went out from our cabin.
After a few seconds, everyone is around me asking me questions about the prince.
"No guys, he's not into me. He's just really friendly and their family is close to my grandparents, so he's just being nice." I said.
I don't want to assume, though I have little butterflies in my stomach because of what happened today.
Wait! Did he hear what we were talking about? Oh my gosh. That is so embarassing. Maybe that's why he took my bag, to play with me. Oh no no no. How could I face him next time?
"What happened last saturday Cassey?, the news about you, the Prince, Tatiana and Calix were all over our town." Said Chloe.
"Ours too!" Said Cielo.
This is embarassing. How many people do have to know about that tea party?
"Nothing, we just attended the party. I met Tatiana though." I said, to change the subject to Tatiana. I know they are more excited about Tatiana.
