The Queen, prince and Tatiana were not there during dinner.

Its wednesday so its my time to check the children's cabin. As I was walking past the playground, I think I saw Calix by the see-saw. im not sure though so I called his name first.

"Calix?"

He turned around. It was Calix.

"Hey Cassey." He smiled. But his tone is different.

I went to sit beside him. I still have few minutes to spare anyway.

"What are you doing here? Its late." I asked.

"To pass time." He said, without looking at me. He's kicking at the ground.

There's something wrong in him.

"Would you like to come with me and check the children's cabins? I think they've missed you."

"Sure." He smiled. But its not the Calix's smile that I'm used to.

We went to the children's cabins. He was hugged by the kids instantly as he went in.

"Hey hey." he said as the kids surround him.

Calix is pretty good with kids and the kids love him too.

After we checked the cabins, we walked to the playground.

"Thanks" he said.

"For what?"

"For this."

"Huh? I didnt do anything."

"Thank you for not doing anything.'

"Whatever" I said rolling my eyes.

"No, seriously. Thank you for not doing anything."

Its a little weird that he said he's serious about being thankful that I didn't do anything. And then he stopped and turned in front of me.

He held my shoulders and look me in the eyes.

His eyes is of different colors. Before, I thought it was blue but now its different, and its moving, the colors in his eyes. Its like a ferris wheel at night, changing colors as it turns. The outside of his eyeball is blue and then inside is yellow, green, gray and black. Its weird, I know. But it makes you feel like you're going into a black hole, a beautiful black hole.

And then it all made sense. What he was talking about. About me doing nothing and helping him at the same time.

He smiled, a only one side of his lips raised. It seems like he knows that what he said make sense to me now.

"Okay?" He said.

I nodded. He went ack beside me.

"Would you like to get some coffee?"

"Where?, the hall is already closed."

"Nearby? I can ask Ms. Waters to let you out of camp."

"Okay, but we have to be fast. I have my curfew in an hour."

"No worries, there's a nice coffee place just 5 minutes from here and Ms. Waters would understand." He said, with a wink.

After we went to Ms. Waters' quarter we rode his car. The smell of the leather instantly welcomes me, it comforts me. Its like the couch back home.

"How was the camp?"

"Everythings doing good. Its seems like the kids are enjoying their activities especially the hiking."

"You love to hike?"

"I like it.Though, there's not much place back home where I can go hike."

"What do you do back home?"
