When You Both Teach Your Child How to Drive

~Seokjin~

why jin thought this was the best idea to have his teenage daughter drive bts on vacation, but he did. your daughter just last week got her driver's permit and was looking forward to getting some hours on the road.

almost with perfect timing jin and the rest of the boys were shooting 'the scoop'. and jin presented the idea to his daughter. who wasn't hesitant to grab her fathers rv keys and start driving. catching the shock of most of the members.

" jin hyung is this the greatest idea?" namjoon struck up the number one question. the boys didn't have the heart to tell their niece that they didn't feel comfortable with her driving. but maybe they could get jin to do it.

"she's doing a great job. you haven't died yet, now have you."

"no but usually people don't start driving large cars as soon as they get their permit."

"well she's not the 'common' or 'usual' teenager so i don't really mind."

"hyung ple-"

"for someone that doesn't have their license you seem to know a lot about driving."

knowing that would shut namjoon up jin smiled and gently tilted the steering wheel keeping his baby girl on the road.

"appa is so proud."

her big cheeks went up into a smile.

~Yoongi~

yoongi actually wanted you to take the lead when it comes to teaching your son how to drive. yoongi liked to claim that this was the perfect bonding time for mother and son.

you of course didn't mind but that didn't mean yoongi would get off scott free from these memories. if he wasn't going to teach your son he was going to be sitting in the backseat recording.

"okay baby just gently tap the gas as you go over the speed bump. you don't want to mess up the front of your bumper."

still quite nervous the car jerked somewhat up and over the speed bump. although his son couldn't see his face yoongi was displaying his gummy smile. he was capturing the precious moment

~Hoseok~

hoseok has never been so stressed in his life. he thought getting through the trainee period was difficult but no teaching his daughter how to drive was going to take the cake.

he wanted you to teach your daughter how to drive but you were currently out of the country for a family emergency. leaving it up to hobi.

"now just crank the car." he said sweating buckets as your daughter's hand reached towards the gear menu.

quickly hobi redirected her hand to the small power button.

"oh whoops." he awkwardly chuckled.

"no i can't. i'm sorry angel, but my nerves." hoseok apologized turning off the car just as soon as she said those words. your daughter nodded and understand.

"it's fine we can just wait til mom gets back."

*lets assume Namjoon has his license already*

"you just have to ease onto the gas." namjoon stated slowly. your teenage son was a bit jumpy when it came to the gas and the break. the three of you were in an old elementary school parking lot. away from all types of cars.
