okay so maybe I did this here a while ago, but I have grown and changed since that first list, and I'll for sure be giving explanation as to why I ship them!
1. Finchel
after all this time, finchel is still my favorite glee ship and one of my comfort ships, I think I like them so much because I see a lot of myself in Rachel, and Finn reminds me of this guy that I've always really liked. Their relationship tells me that it can work and I don't have to settle. I honestly think they were perfect for each other, and while I see Rachel with numerous other people, I don't really see Finn with anyone else. They are it for me.
2. Brittana
They are actually just the healthiest ship in the show and also the hottest ship. Like I honestly think they are so perfect for each other and the way they've grown and changed together. Brittany and Santana truly understood each other and they're soulmates. I have such a hard time splitting them up in fics because they're so good together.
3. Klaine
Okay but we saw this coming. Klaine actually used to be my first favorite, but overtime I've seen how truly toxic they were, but that's okay because glee only knew how to write toxic ships so... they're another one of those ships where I have a hard time seeing them with other people, but just not as bad as brittana. Also I think they're perfect for each other too. Also babies.
4. Samchel
okay so I had a hard time ranking this one as high as I did, but I honestly love them together! For starters, I think we should've gotten a season 2 samchel storyline and I really really loved them in season six. I don't necessarily see them as endgame (and that partially has to do with me holding on to finchel endgame) but I do think they were a great match and they deserved a more fleshed out plot line/relationship. I think if season 6 would've been the whole 23 episodes then people would like them a lot better because they would've had more time to develop!
5. Faberry
Do I say more? They're literally the second hottest ship in the show. They're really toxic in the beginning but them becoming unlikely friends is just ugh. I'm always torn whether it's okay to ship them or not but I can't help it! They're just so good together and I love seeing moments that prove that they loved each other. If I ever come out as bi this is the reason. And like I said before, all the glee ships are toxic. If you want to hear more of my thoughts about them you should definitely check out the prologue of "champagne problems" my faberry one shot book because I think I describe it better there.
6. Samcedes
So even though faberry is in-between them and samchel I had a hard time picking which one I like better. Samcedes is just so good. They loved and supported each other so much and I wish they would've been endgame, but at the same time I see why they're not. Mercedes's dreams were too big for Sam and she needed someone who could keep up, and I'm a sucker for "right person, wrong place" type of fics and I think that even though I see them ultimately ending up with other people, I think that they'll always have this longing for each other, which is so beautifully tragic.
7. Sancedes
Third hottest ship of the show. C'mon not only was their musical chemistry amazing but like— they would just be so good together. Thank you to glee stan twt for opening my eyes to this amazing ship.
8. Tike
The only other non-toxic ship of the show. They should've been endgame, and I will go to my grave saying that. I love them together so much and I feel like I don't even need to write a huge paragraph about them because we all know how great they are!
9. Blam
Blam is so cute. I could totally see Sam having his pan or bi awakening because of Blaine, obviously I don't see them as endgame, but for sure a cute little fling!
10. Quick
I put them on here because it's the best Puck ship. While Quinn's sexuality is questionable I do genuinely think that they loved each other even if it's the "you're the only guy I've ever loved" type beat. And obviously Puck was hopelessly in love with Quinn, and I can see them being endgame especially after years of Quinn experimenting with w|w relationships.
