all you gleeks out there know that there is no season worse than season four, but season two was also pretty bad. (even though it is still in my top three fave seasons at number three).
but regardless;
season two is trash and here's why:
there are only eight good things about the season
1. sam evans / trouty mouth (god bless us all this boy is amazing)
2. blaine "warbler" devon anderson (obviously these two wonderful, dashing young men deserve a special place on the list because a: they were the only two characters I didn't hate in season two and b: because they are my top two favorites)
3. the episode "britney/brittany"
4. grilled cheesus because that was just absolutely comedy gold
5. finn and his glasses in the "rocky horror glee show" episode

6. the "rocky horror glee show" episode as a whole! (except for you will schuester, you sucked all season)
7. jesse st. james's triumphant return to sweep rachel off her feet because finn treated her like crap and the speech he give after the nationals performance where finchel shares a kiss because that was just funny
8. HOLLY FREAKING HOLLIDAY
everything else was awful. absolutely awful.
they made me hate quinn all over again because i had just gained sympathy for her after the beautiful birth of beth (and might i add the very best moment of season one). they gave me hatred for finn which shouldn't even be possible. this season is what started (in my opinion) rachel's bad reputation. it also ruined will's reputation.
the whole season was a disappointment, but still better than four, five, six. but i do believe that someone needed to speak up and say it so i guess i can be the bad guy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i'll leave you with this:
best line of season two: "what do you want for her? I will give you anything, my house. i will kill my parents and give you my house!" -Jacob Ben Israel (even tho i hate him he had my dyin with this line)
(second place is when puck was like "are you you ready for this?" to rachel referring to the football game she was about to play and she took her mouth guard and yelled "let's kick some ass!" and it was really cute and v funny)
best song: when rachel sang "my man" from funny girl.
(but my personal favorite song (and one of my favorite glee songs ever) is when holly holliday sang "forget you")
otherwise season two was utter trash and i am re-watching glee and the only thing getting me through this season is that fact that season three is next and that is the absolute best season and i just can't wait.
thought i'd rant a bit about the season that just gets brushed over because it really annoyed me- separate rant might be coming (after i finish it again) dedicated just to finn's (awful) character in season two (that he redeems in season three but that is beside the point)
