Ok so this is a basic Glee conspiracy theory:
Rachel and Blaine are long lost siblings.
Bear with me now, the two are so alike, they even look similar. The resemblance is uncanny. It also makes it easy to explain since rachel has two dads. I mean, it's kinda weird since they made out in the one episode, but they couldn't have known.
Ok so here's my evidence:
Rachel's two dads always told her that they didn't know which one of them was her real father and they didn't care to find out because it didn't matter because they both equally loved her. But what if they said that to conceal the truth from Rachel. Shelby got pregnant from a man, agreed to give her baby to Hiram and LeRoy and that was that. But instead of just loving back to New York, she meets back up with the guy and they decided to date and eventually get married. They get divorced a few months later because yeah but it's too late because Shelby is pregnant again. So she gives the baby up for adoption- again- deciding never to think about him again because she didn't know that he also lived in Lima. So this whole time she didn't even know Blaine was her kid, and Blaine's parents never told him he was adopted.
OR alternative:
Shelby gets back together with the guy that impregnated her with Rachel, Blaine is born and a few months later the two get get diverted. The dad takes full custody of Blaine and makes sure Shelby never has contact with Blaine again. Blaines dad gets remarried and then dies (they never mentioned Blaines dad...maybe he's not dead) and Blaine just calls his stepmom "mom" and Copper was his "moms" kid before she married his dad. Shelby never gets in contact with Blaine because Blaines mom makes sure she doesn't.
There. Not a lot of proof, and still need work, but I WILL prove it because they are just too similar not to be related.
