Alucard climbed onto the bed once the profiler was sound asleep and dreaming or more remembering a past life he realized. That made sense, she had retro cog. The vampire would help her remember and in turn, he would remember more of that time in his life, before being the first vampire.

The sun was just rising when the Vampire King left Lana's room. She had slept all night and woke feeling refreshed. Her phone sat on the nightstand. The profiler reopened her texts and looked at Vlad's.

Should she respond?

He would be her first crush...the young woman chose to be brave and take her chances, for possible love.

V.D. 'Morning my prince, thank you for the dance and being a gentleman. Where shall we meet? I wish to learn more about you...Lana'

Alucard sat on his throne; the same one he sat on in life. He had just finished eating when the phone vibrated. That would be his Vlada texting back. He knew last night was her first normal night of sleep since her capture.

P.V.D. 'Draga mea in a meeting. Will text around noon-your prince'

Lana sighed; she could wait on just about anything but him. Her mind wandered then she remembered a necklace her mother wore. It was a heavy gold locket on a heavy gold chain. The profiler dug through her bag and found the piece of jewelry.

It was supposedly old, quite old according to her mother. It contained a lock, of curled black hair and a lock of dark brown hair, tied with red silk thread. Lana closed the locket tightly and placed the secret lock, back on to keep the locket from being reopened by accident. It looked a lot like the one in her dream. Interesting she thought and finally decided to wear it now, after all the years since her mother died. It was always near but not worn until today. Good thing too or the serial killer would possess it.

Lana sat down at her desk and started her computer up. She began a search on the vampire culture and went to dress. The profiler sighed; she had no civilian clothes to speak of. She wanted to wear a dress to meet Vlad for dinner. The woman settled for a blue shirt and black jeans. She put her holster and gun on, then a black jacket.

Her fingers glided over the keys and began reading. She understood bloodletting and exsanguination but not the vampire aspect. No matter how hard she tried, she didn't get wanting to be a vampire. Immortality yes, bloodletting yes, sexy hell no! " What am I missing?"

A text came through on her phone. Lana had set up her phone, so Vlad had a special ringtone already. The profiler got nervous but a happy kind.

P.V.D. 'Draga mea I have reservations at The Rose for 5p.m., in the old section of London. Dress well and prepare to be swept off your feet-your prince'

"Yikes! Five hours from now!"

Lana leaped up and grabbed her small purse. She walked briskly to find Walter. She found him leaving Sir Hellsing's office.

"Afternoon Walter! May I borrow a car? Hopefully no one is still trying to kidnap me."

"Yes of course. The keys are in a gray sedan. When should we possibly be expecting you back?"

"Not sure, early dinner with Prince Vladislav Dragos," Lana smiled.

"I see, very good. You will need to dress just under formal ballroom clothes," Walter informed her.

"Thank you, I wasn't sure how to dress. I need to get a dress!" Lana gave Walter a kiss, on the cheek.

With the help of GPS, she found the restaurant and it looked very expensive. With a search, Liliana found the clothing boutique Seras took her to. The same sales lady was in.
