Remember you are not alone.
988 Suicide and Crisis line number

Once Lana reached Scotland Yard, Scott greeted her. "Jac was not happy you took the front page the other day..."

"Are you sure?"

Scott shook his head you will see, we need to hurry, or the body will get moved."

Lana stepped out of the police car and followed Scot, under the tape. The victim's body was covered. The profiler put gloves on then lifted the sheet only nigh enough she could see. The press was watching. There had already been reporters, stepping into the police car's front, to take photos...of her.

Scott lit a cigarette, "Great, you're a rock star, in the serial killer department. We need to hire a bodyguard...?"

Lana smiled, "I have Alucard for that and sexual harassment, is his price for hire."

"Ergh, that's wrong Lana, so wrong on many levels. What the hell is his job at Hellsing?"

"Special Ops and leave it at that," she said back.

Scott finished his cigarette then realized he had to hold, "But...have you seen his guns? He could kill an elephant twice over. Who needs guns with that large a caliber?"

"Yes, he is most likely a sadist and serial murderer or worse sanctioned spree killer. The guns are an extension of himself. I think he uses them mostly for a horror factor. He grins and does the 'fake' maniac laugh then pulls his hand cannons. You just need to find a quick way, to cut him off at the knees, so there is less of him to handle. Any rate, I don't ask and he only teases, about the extent of violence, he is allowed to do," she shrugged her shoulders.

"Aah yeah, I have already gotten up close and personal threats for the garage incident," Scott said. "Maybe a bomb would do it."

"You know originally, I was trained to study bombs. I have quite the 'knack' for making them. Speaking of the garage... who tried to kidnap and or kill me?"

"No clue actually. The rockstar you could be, men were hired by a 'loving' fan boy," Scott frowned.

"Great, sadistic serial killer plus an obsessed fanboy equals what?" Lana said as she raised her eyebrows.

"All-out war, with vampiric hints, and lots of body bags for the rest of us," Scott rolled his eyes.

"Just make sure there are enough, so one fits me!" Lana laughed.

"Oh no! You're the prize, in this mess and each suitor is trying to outdo, the other. I secretly put my money behind Alucard. He has an edge the others don't."

"He's licensed to kill and part of a secret organization?" Lana smirked.

"Aah yeah, sure, something like that..."Scott's voice trailed off.

Lana looked the woman's body over. "I don't get it. What should I be seeing?"

"Look at the body, part toy, changing into a bride, but only half done, is our guess. There was a computer-generated letter signed by two people. It was signed, Jac and Victor. Victor was apologizing for hurting the woman and Jac was bragging about the pleasure of the kill, how she begged."

"And?" Lana said.

"Jac said. Victor is very sick and needs a doctor, that understands pain and torture. You are Victor's perfect bride and angel. Apparently, he saw you that night at the dumpsite, laying like the college student, Karen," Scott said in a very serious tone.

The profiler let out a deep sigh out, "I can't be in the field, on this particular case. It has become personal, and I am now considered compromised. I can't be doing any work as it can be used in court as a bias. Fuck! I'm done on this, and I can't do a damn thing!"
