Y/n was sitting on the engawa alongside Sumi, Naho and Kiyo, all four of the girls enjoying the peace and watching Kanao bond with the butterflies in the garden.
Only for Y/n's peace to come to an end, Y/n's crow flying towards her and landing on her shoulder.
"Head west, head west. There's a demon bunkering down in a village to the west" the crow yelled into Y/n's ear, Y/n only groaned "I have another mission already!?" Y/n wined with an exasperated look on her face
"I just finished one" Y/n continued to whine. Naho looking over to the exasperated girl "No you didn't Y/n-san" Naho said with a smile "You were asleep for 3 days" Sumi finishing Naho's sentence and Kiyo nodding in agreement.
Y/n sat there staring at the girls with a surprised expression on her face. "well, I guess see you" Y/n said with a groggy tone "bye Kanao" she continued waving off to the ladies leaving the Butterfly estate.
After some time, Y/n finally made her way to the village, she arrived near sundown so there were only a few people out. Y/n jumping roof to rood observing and waiting for the demon to strike. A few minutes had passed, and the sun was now gone and only the moonlight was to be seen.
Y/n's attention was drawn to a somewhat large building because of all the ruckus that was coming from inside of it. She soon made her way into the building. Y/n was attacked by a series of vines and weeds, swinging themselves at her with full force.
Y/n dodging and slashing at the vines and weeds only for them to regenerate in a matter of seconds. Y/n's attention was soon drawn to a sudden whimper, she turned her head and in the corner of the room was a teenage girl hovering over two younger girls in a protective manner.
Y/n looked at the teenage girl, seeing the love, kindness and fear in her eyes, Y/n saw Kanae, her and Shinobu for a split second. Y/n felt sadness fill inside of her not noticing the vine aiming for her head.
