Y/n and Tanjiro ran back to Koinatsu-san's room jumping onto the window. In the room the two witnessed a demon, holding Koinatsu-san in her sash, Y/n's eyes widened at the "Koinatsu-san!" Y/n called out catching the attention of the demon.
'her body... it's gone' Y/n thought to herself as she began sweating looking into the demons' eyes to see the number six carved into them.
"Upper moon six" Y/n mumbled under her breath.
"Are you two demon hunters?" the demon asked looking at Y/n and Tanjiro "So, you came, indeed. How many of there are you? There was that ugly blond brat, right?" the demon spoke once again.
"Is the pillar coming? You two aren't pillars, you both seem too weak, you realize I don't want any non-pillars, right? I don't eat any old people or abominations" the demon said as she examined the two.
'Koinatsu-san's body is gone... There's no blood coming out, I don't even smell any' Tanjiro thought before he yelled "Let her go!"
"Who do you think you're talking to?" The demon spoke out in a serious tone, striking her sash in the direction of the two.
Y/n jumped out of the way and Tanjiro was sent flying out the window landing on a roof "Tanjiro!" Y/n shouted as she made her way to him.
Tanjiro laid there for a moment his breathing was raspy for a few moments.
"I'm okay" Tanjiro coughed up, Y/n took out a hand helping the boy up.
"You dodged my sash, how pleasant and you're still alive, hmm, you both have more bone than I thought." The demon spoke up "Pretty girl, I wouldn't mind eating the girl and you, pretty eyes you got there, I'll just gouge them out and eat them" the demon said gesturing to her own eyes.
"Sorry Nezuko, I loosened the strap, I can't fight with this on my back," Tanjiro said as he placed the box down "Don't come out of the box unless your life depends on it," Tanjiro said as he and Y/n dashed at the demon and the demon doing the same.
"Breath of water fourth form Striking Tide: Chaos" Tanjiro mumbled to himself, Y/n doing the same "Breath of the Cherry Blossom Tree Third form: Blooming beauty" Y/n attempted to slash the demon's head off, Tanjiro had the same intention.
Their blade's nearly collided and instead of slashing the demon's neck, they slashed variously at the sashes coming towards them.
'Shit, I haven't done any joint missions with him, he won't know any of my moves' Y/n thought to herself as she gritted her teeth and slashing at the part of the sash containing Koinatsu-san.
Tanjiro landing on the ground in front of the demon a large distance between them, while Y/n landed on the roof slightly behind the demon.
'Their midair movements weren't bad and the girl skillfully managed to cut off the section where I imprisoned Koinatsu' the demon thought to herself as examined the two.
"Hey boy, you're cute but ugly, now the both of you don't get too attached, you're both like rats who are about to die."
"What an eye swore, how many of you are there? Four?" the demon sneered "not telling" Tanjiro replied.
"If you tell me the truth, I could let you live, we clashed a little and your blade is already chipped, whoever forged it must be a pretty crappy swordsmith," the demon said gesturing to Tanjiro's blade.
Tanjiro looked down at his blade 'No, a blade only breaks because of its user it's, it's my fault he thought to himself "No! The one who forged this blade is an amazing person and a super skilled blacksmith!" Tanjiro shouted at the demon.
"Then why is it chipped, dumbass? You're beginning to quiver all over the place, you're getting on my nerves now, so ill kill you with the next blow" the demon said as she whipped her sash at the red-haired boy.
Dance of the Fire God 'Scorching Crimson Mirror'
Tanjiro struck his blade at the sashes, shocking the demon 'his sword style changed, it's stronger than before' the demon thought. Tanjiro charged at the demon slashing his blade and immediately jumping back.
"Breath of the Cherry Blossom Tree Seventh form: pink and white crossover"
Y/n dashed to the demon striking her daggers at the demon's neck 'the girl' the demon thought to herself with wide eyes.
The demon whipped her sash at the girl as Y/n's daggers grimaced the surface of the demon's skin 'It burns!?' the demon thought to herself as she raised her hands to her neck, gritting her teeth in pain.
Y/n jumped back with a small smirk on her face infuriating the demon, the demon whipped her sash at Y/n multiple times and every time Y/n either dodged or cut the sash.
Flame Walts
Tanjiro strike down on the demon, the demon dodged his attack 'the flame walts is a two combined attack if she dodges one, there's another' Tanjiro thought to himself as he jumped over her.
'An opening, a slight opening!! I can do this!!" Tanjiro thought to himself "So slow, you're making me yawn here" the demon spoke up, shocking Tanjiro.
The demon once again whipped her sash at him "Shit!" Y/n shouted as she struck down her blade down onto the sash, it regenerated in a matter of seconds, hitting the two and sending them flying.
The two bounced and rolled on the ground before they eventually landed, Y/n got up immediately while Tanjiro began struggling attempting to catch his breath.
A sash came flying at the Tanjiro, Y/n jumped over "Breath of the Cherry Blossom Tree First Form: A pedals dance" Y/n slashed at the sash with her dagger successively striking it.
Y/n picked up Tanjiro and dashed for a roof "stay here, don't move until you recovery fully" Y/n said as she laid the boy down. Y/n sprinted back to the demon putting her daggers away and pulling out her katana, striking sash after sash.
'This is fun, she's more determined than I would have guessed' the demon thought to herself smiling as she whipped her sash at Y/n once again.
Y/n's breathing soon become unsteady due to the endless amount of sashes coming at her. A part of the sash came flying at her once again along with large pieces of rumble "shit..."
