Chapter Eight:)

Genya's point of few:)

"I'll need to take a few blood samples from you" the small insect hashira spoke with a calm smile plastered on her face, I only nodded in response. After she took some blood samples, she started to ask me questions about my odd ability "when you turn do you crave human flesh?" she asked with the same smile on her face with a hint of concern "No" I told her in a cold tone, she nodded. 

The room filled with silence 'This is so awkward I thought to myself, the silence soon came to an end when a girl barged into the room. The girl was wearing a patient's uniform, her head and left forearm were wrapped in bandages. 

She stood there examining me "who's that" she spoke gesturing to me Shinobu hummed "ah you two haven't met before this is Genya Shinazugawa, the stone pillars tsuguko" she said in a calm manner with a small smile still plastered on her face turning to face me "and this is my younger sister Y/n Kocho, my tsuguko" she spoke gesturing over to the girl standing in the door frame.

 I stood up and bowed to the girl "nice to meet you" Y/n did the same as well. Silence once again crept up. 

"Y/n," Shinobu said in a calm tone looking at the girl, Y/n hummed in response "I do request that you stop barging in here, please knock next time," the hashira said with slight annoyance, "ill keep that noted" Y/n responded with a slight smile. 

"Did you need something?" asked Shinobu with a slight head tilt "oh right" Y/n responded a few moments of silence passed till Y/n spoke up again "I forgot" 

Y/n finished speaking with a deadpanned expression, I sat there watching her slowly close the door and leave the room. Silence once again filled the room. "Okay, where were we" Shinobu spoke with a calm tone. 

I finished my tests with Shinobu an hour or two later. I wandered around the butterfly estate waiting for another mission or for my master to request my presence.

 I was walking outside on the engawa admiring the garden eventually coming across four girls sitting on the engawa laughing, talking and watching another girl play with butterflies.

 'I know I've seen those two girls somewhere' Genya thought to himself walking away from the girls, trying to remember where he saw the two girls. He was soon pulled out of his thoughts "Head west, Go west!" Genya's crow yelled into his ear, Genya only grunted in annoyance ignoring the crow andstarted to head west.

Genya arrived at the village, his journey there longer than wanted. He wandered the town waiting for an attack. 'It's doubtful this bastard would do anything the suns still up he thought to himself.

The sun soon set and Genya started his search for the demon. 

Genya was jumping roof to roof checking every crack and corner waiting to spot the demon, becoming aggravated. His attention was soon turned to a building somewhat large building 'I haven't checked there yet' Genya thought to himself.

 He made his way to the building jumping roof to roof, jumping onto the window of the building looking inside to see Y/n standing in a large room with a swarm of vines heading towards her, but one vine caught got his attention this vine was heading towards her head in an incredible speed.

 'What the fuck is this dumbass gazing at' he thought to himself pulling out his gun, aiming it at the vine heading for the females head and pulling the trigger. 

A loud booming sound coming from the gun, the bullet successively hitting his target bringing Y/n out of her gaze. Y/n pulled out her sword "Breathe of the Cherry Blossom Tree: First Form A Petals Dance" Genya heard her mumble under her breathe striking down all the vines coming her way.
