NICOLE'S P.O.V
Monday finally came. It was 4:30 am when my alarm went off. I usually get up for school at 6:30, but today, that was not where I was heading.I put in some clothes, and brushed my hair. I didn't bother to put much makeup on because it was going to be taken off anyways.
Chandler said he would pick me up on his way there. So, I sat in my room and waited.
I heard a knock at the front door, so I sprinted down stairs, ripping it open.
"You ready?" Chandler asked me.
"Yeah!" I said with a faint yawn.
I hoped in his car, and we drove to the set.
Right when I got there, the makeup artists threw me into a seat in front of a mirror. They started applying spray paints, makeup, prosthetics. Everything. I looked at my phone, and it was 8 o' clock by the time they had finished. It had taken hours!
I walked outside in my tore up clothes, and zombie makeup.
I saw Chandler standing by the tank going over his script, so I went up behind him to scare him.
"ROAR!" I yelled in his ear. He let out a girly shriek and turned around, frightened by me.
But, I noticed something. Chandler's face looked different. More like a wo-... It was his stunt double... Nice going...
"Why'd you do that?!?!" She asked, agitated.
"Um...I'm sorry! I thought you were Chandler!"
"Do I look like Chandler?" She asked, sternly.
"Actually, yeah..."
She scoffed and pointed towards a group of people. "He's over there with the cast."
I nodded and scurried off. She couldn't see that I was red with embarrassment.
"Hey Chandler." I said coming up next to him.
"Oh hey, is that you Nicole?" He laughed, looking at me.
"Haha, yeah... I accidentally just scared you stunt double thinking it was you..."
He started laughing really hard, looking up at the annoyed 'him'.
"Really? That must've been embarrassing!" He chuckled.
"It was!" I giggled.
Then, we were cut off. "Nicole Sterling? Nicole?!?"
I ran up to the man yelling my name.
"That's me!" I said, giving him an awkward wave.
"Oh, well, we need you in this scene!"
"Okay!" He led me to the prison set were there we are bunch of other zombies walking around, casually.
"What do you need me to do?" I asked.
"You are going to come up behind T-dog and take a big chunk out of his shoulder area. Well, don't literally.... Just fake it!" He said, giving me a thumbs up. The actor of this T-dog character which I never learned his name came to position.
"I'm sorry I kill you..." I told him.
"Nah, it's okay!" He laughed.
They told me T-dog will kill me. Wow... Short appearance much?
"Okay! And action!" The director yelled. I limped up behind T-dog and pretended to take a big bite out of his shoulder. Melissa (Carol) screamed in fear and so did T-dog.
He turned around, (pretend) smacking me to the ground, then killing me.
"And Cut! Perfect everyone!" The director yelled to us. I smiled and walked out of the set area.
"Hey Nicole!" The director said, hopping away form his station.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"The crew and stuff really likes you, so later on in the show, we are having a girl named Lydia come on. We were wondering if you want to audition for that role?"
"Yes! Of course! I would love to!" I smiled widely. He patted my back, telling me to get the zombie effects removed.
Another couple hours passed by, waiting for all of it to disappear from my face.
I couldn't wait to tell Chandler the news. Hopefully, I don't tell his stunt double...
