CHANDLER'S P.O.V
There was so much pain piercing my body. It was like all my muscles were tearing apart.
I paddled myself, with the strength I had left, to a nearby car.
I leaned against the drenched metal, breathing heavily. Suddenly, I broke down into tears. All of this was actually happening. I was alone. Nicole might be dead...
"NICOOOOLE!" I yelled over and over in desperation for an answer. Nothing.
I held on for dear life, all darkness taking over the island.

It was morning. I had fell asleep on the car, very uncomfortably. My legs and hands were skimming the flowing water as my face was pressed against the roof if the car.
My eyelids were crusted over and dry as the sun beamed into my eyes. I scooted up, the skin on my face gripping onto the metal but finally releasing.
My hair was filled with sand and my clothes were torn.
There was a sharp pain in the top of my arm, so I looked over and saw a large festering gash that was dripping blood.
I took off my ragged plaid button up and wrapped it around the wound. I never listened in health class, so I don't know how this works.
I looked up to see trees covering the watered down area, debree and other pieces of property laying around. No sign of anyone.
Fish swam by me, peacefully.
Everything was quiet.
Everything was dead.
