Chapter 1 - I am broke

It may have been another day in my life. Laying on the grass, my hand under my head to support it, from the cold ground. While the warm sunny day, had turned to the coldness, that was the night. I was laying there, for one reason, to see if I would be having another person leave me tonight, it wasn't like it would be the first time, that someone that I loved would leave me, and not say a word. Like when my mother died, yeah it was many years ago, but still. She left me, with no hope, no love, and left me with the horrible beast and my brother. The beast being my father. Who had taken no impressed for having me or my brother, Sam had a normal childhood, after our mother died. No, he took the other way around.....

Still laying on the ground, feeling the wind, made me feel one thing. Alive. One of those things, that I hadn't had for many years... Now in the forest, with William or Wil, he had tried to make my whole life livable again. Even when he would stay up all night, singing me to sleep or telling me all the good things that had happened in his life, with his dad, and brothers.

Sometimes I would get jealous of what he had, I would have loved to have a father like his or a brother like his, but I didn't, instead, I got a father that was drunk, a brother that left me, and a mother. Who was killed by my father one night.

I don't remember that night very well, other than, my mother laying on the ground, holding her hand out for me, as the blood laid under her. The image never left me, it still hunted me.

The round itself was starting to get a little bit colder, and you would imagine why. Because of the night. Signed I sat up, taking a blanket that Will had rolled up before he left. As my hand touched the blanket, the warm feeling of a panic attack raised in me. Flicked a bit, I jumped up from the ground, looking at the blanket that was just a normal blanket. Fear soon spread in my body, the fear of death or being watched made me look paranoia, and wanting to disappear.

"It is okay. No one here, it is just you and Will" I told myself, suddenly pulling my hair. My body was feelig it was getting pulled into pieced, while some. Standing up, on my unstable gett, I decided to walk over to the water stream. The sound of the stream was calm and, filling up my empty mind. Once standng there I took my shoes off, siiting down on the grass, placing my feet in the water, the coldness was what I needed " why?"

Sittting with my feet in the water, time felt like it was going very slowly. Was I going insane or was the world so calm on this side of the river?

" Hey Y/n, sorry it took so long I just" Will said, with a soft voice as he put down the wood that, he had gathered, beside himself. Turning to me agina, his bornw, lng hair, and calm brown eyes, was what kept me from going insane at that moment.

" Hey, are you okay?" I felt his body temperature as he leaned over me, to look me in the eyes.

" What is wrong, why are you sad, y/n?" he asked as he looked at me, giving that look that, told me that he was worried about me in his way.

" I am just sad, you know. I fell like down" I said and buried my head in my hands, tears were falling onto the grass. His hand made its way down my arms and down to my hands. He turned me around so I faced him.

" Hey it is okay" he smiled at me, " just breath down beep for me" he said as he put his hand onto my face, and wiped the tears away from my face. My arms wrapped around his stomach.

" Thanks, Will" I said as I tightened the grip on him. Calmly he wrapped his arms around me, pulling me into his cheat, so close, that I could hear his heart beat, from each time ore calming than the one before.

" now let me see that smile?" he asked, kowing that unlikely I would look into his eyes, but I getahered myself to do it, looking into his eyes, I gently and slowly smiling at him.

" That's my girl," he says and stands up " come let's get the fire started again" he said, granning my arm pulling me to stand up, grabbing my shoes in my hand, we walked toghter.
