My eyes fluttered open ,but instantly I squinted my eyes as not being use to the bright white light.
Where was I? Am I in a dream?
I was just lying on the floor in a empty white room. It was quiet and peaceful.
Looking around I noticed at the end of the room was a silver throne. It was stunning and seemed very luxurious. Was I in a castle? Where is Damon and Parker and Maria? Are they ok?
I was starting to get a migraine now. Holding my head I tried to focus more. My mother always used to make me a lemon tea and massage my temples when I use to get them. It was now just a bite sweet memory left in my head.
Feeling a hand on my shoulder ,instantly flinching and tried to scurry away. Looking over my shoulder I saw a women.
She was beautiful and extremely elegant, her pale milk like skin looked untouched and so pure. Her long white silk flows dress complimented her features. Her white shoulder length hair had a wave to it ,as the most significant part of her appearance was her silver white tiara with a beautiful gem in the centre.
Her ocean blue eyes looked into my own. She looked down at my lying on my floor and graciously put her hand out for me to grab.
I stared at her hand for a few seconds before slowly reaching for her hand.
She lifted me to my feet effortlessly. The floor was freezing cold underneath my bare feet, what happened to my shoes?
Once I was on my feet ,she walked over to the throne before graciously seating herself on it.
"Hello my child"
My child what does she mean by that? Why was I here? I just had so many questions. I was confused.
"Umm hi" I whispered shyly trying not to come across rude
She looked at me with a friendly smile graving her face ,but she had a hint of what looked like adoration ,admiration or pride in her eyes.
"You've grown up so much ,your turning into a lovey young lady"
"Thank you" I said sincerely to her cause I don't think I've ever received that compliment before ,even if it was from a complete stranger.
"I know my child your confused and don't understand now but it will all make sense soon enough"
All my attention was stolen by her words.
" your much more special than you think you are, your going to do great things for your world"
"My world" I asked curiously
She giggle at my question "yes my child your world ,I'm not apart of your world"
"Who are you ,only if you don't mind me asking, sorry that was incredibly rude of me to ask " I stumbled out in a rush
"Don't be silly my child ,I always knew you as being a curious child. I'm the moon goddess"
The moon goddess ,that's a odd name to have. I've studied Greek gods before at school and I've never heard of that one before.
"By your facial expression ,I know you don't recognise my name. "She giggled at my confused face
She paused taking a breath before realising a sigh
" I didn't think I'd ever see the day were you are all grown up and ready for this chapter in your life ,but now is time my child"
Her crystal blue eyes stared into my eyes ,it felt like she was looking into my soul and observing every part of me ,I'd never felt so exposed and vulnerable before. Out of habit of my self conscious self I wrapped my hands around my waist hugging myself.
"Your apart of something much bigger than you think ,your going to bring peace upon all supernaturals and lead them to a life of freedom and peace .your going to be a queen"
My eyes widened at her statement. Me .She think I'm gonna have this much of an impact on werewolves and vampires. Is she being serious. I can't ,I'm not brave or confident. I have no leader qualities in me what so ever. And me being a queen whattt I just can't imagine that. I'm just not right person for that job. Does she know what I'm like ,the girl who can barley have conversations with people ,who is a ball of nervous ready to fall apart at any given second. Is this some sort of joke.
I was gonna question her about her words ,but by the look on her face she seemed dead serious in what she said. Before I could ask her anything she beat me to it.
" I know this is a lot to take in at once my child ,just don't forget what I've said. There will many who will want harm to come upon you ,but many will want a leader who will lead them to a victory and save the world from those who will destroy it with there greedy hunger for power. Your pure kind hearted soul is what your world needs. The light is in you so don't ever doubt yourself for a second , cause your the light to the worlds darkness. without you the world is at state"
She sighed after her big speech ,seemingly relieved to get it all of her chest.
Standing up from the throne she walked over to me and bent down to my height
"I'm afraid my time speaking to you has come to an end ,your needed back in your world now my child."
Tears were building up in her eyes
"Goodbye for now ,you've made your parents and I so proud of who've you've become "
She kissed me on my forehead as my eyes fluttered shut feeling extremely tired.
The last words I heard her speak was
"Speak to Pearl woods my child, she will teach you how to control the light within"
