Zendea's P.O.V

It has been a crazy couple of days, having my aunt and Keke under the same roof is actually a bit stressful, they argue a couple of times during the day about the tiniest things but it's also helpful. There is nothing they don't know about pregnancy, they even helped ease the pain from my swollen feet with a special remedy. The closer I get to my due date the more nervous I get, I've always wanted to be a mother but now that I'm going to be one I'm scared, scared of not being a good mother or not giving my baby everything I'd hoped to.

"What would you like for breakfast hun?" Keke snaps me out of my deep thinking.

"Oh I'm not really hungry Keke, maybe a glass of water?"

"Of course, any word from Sebastian?" She asks heading to the kitchen.

"Not ever since they went hunting, I'm actually nervous that he might not come back in time for the baby's arrival." They've been gone for four days, it was supposed to be a two day trip.

"Don't worry honey, he would never miss the arrival of his precious beanie." My aunt reassures me, entering the room.

"I know, I just can't help but worry. Have you guys heard from the hospital? Is everything set for when I give birth? Because I specifically told Dr Monroe that I want to have a water birth."

"I was on the phone with her this morning and she did confirm that everything you requested is set up. There are no problems, she also asked if Sebastian's mother will be coming which I don't understand how that is any of her business." Why did she do that?!

"O-Oh well, that's because she is the one who is helping her with her chemo, so I just think she's worried about her overworking or stressing herself. That's all."

"Oh okay, I understand now what all the fuss is about. You know it would be a real shame if this boy loses his mother, that woman is the sweetest. Best thing Jason ever did." My aunt told me a story about how she knew Sebastian's mother when they were younger, they even went to the same school but when she found her mate, Sebastian's father, she changed and soulfully focused on him and their pack. I kind of found the story quite sad if I'm being honest. Katani starts howling and waging her tail, excited, all of a sudden.

"Oh! He's home." I say getting up quickly and rushing to the door. The moment the door opens I wrap my arms around him as tight as I can and hold on tight. I know I'm the one who encouraged him to have some guy time but I missed him so damn much it hurt.

"I missed you." I whisper to him, my voice shaking.

"Hi baby, I missed you too, so so much." He plants soft kisses all over my face and I blush. I freeze and my eyes go wide.

"Sebastian." I say worriedly.

"Kitten what's wrong?" He asks worried and when I look down he follows my gaze.

"I think my water just broke." And in those few seconds I see something I'm not quite used to witnessing, panic in Sebastian's eyes. Lifting me up quickly, Sebastian rushes us to the car while yelling at everyone to collect everything we'll need. Once we're all in the car Henry starts driving and at the same time my contractions start. I scream out loud, scrunching my face because of the pain.

"Try to breathe honey, in and out, in and out." My aunt tries to calm me. I try to follow her instructions and slowly I start to calm down, that is until I feel another contradiction.

"Ohhhh! No, I need you to step on it Henry!" I roar and everyone's eyes widen. Finally getting to the hospital, they rush me into the maternity ward and immediately Dr Monroe comes in.
