Lost Love

Chapter 16

I was sleeping on the couch when I felt something cold on my face. I woke up suddenly realizing Isabelle and Sophie are about to throw water on my face.

"What the hell guys. Let me sleep". I yelled.

"Shit. She woke up before got the chance to throw water on her face". Sophie said keeping the jug beside.

"Get up Em. Everyone is ready and they are calling us for breakfast". Isabelle said while pulling my blanket.

"Ok fine. I am up".  I said in an irritated tone. I hate it when people disturb my sleep.

They both are ready. Isabelle is wearing black jeans and white hoodie while Sophie is wearing white jeans with a light pink top.

"Go down. I am coming in 15 minutes". I said and towards the bathroom. After taking a shower, I wore a black sweatshirt with faded jeans and went down.

"Good morning everyone". I said and sat beside Michael.

"What's with your mood kiddo" ? Michael asked.

"Isabelle and Sophie disturbed my sleep. I slept at 2am".  I whined.

"It's okay. Eat now you can take a nap in afternoon". Mom said.

I just nodded and started eating my pancake. I want chocolate syrup with my pancakes and it is in front of Caleb.

"Caleb can you pass the chocolate syrup"? I asked.

"Sure". He replied and passed the syrup.

"Our breakfast is done. We will enjoy our tea in the garden area". Dad said and got up along with Uncle Adam and Aunt Olivia. As soon as they went Sophie asked

"Why you slept at 2am Em? What were you doing late night?" She asked with mischievous look.

"I think she was busy making out with Marco". Isabelle said making me choke on my food.

"Are you guys serious. He is like a younger brother to me. I spend time with him because he was going to France this morning". I said in a serious tone. They are my friends, they can tease me but they are annoying me since I woke up.

"Ok. We believe you". Sophie said winking towards Isabelle. It looks like they planned to irritate me today.

"What we guys are doing today"? Ryan asked.

"We can go for sight seeing". Sophie said.
Everyone agreed as it is a good idea.

After we finished our breakfast, all six of us left the house. The old couple's didn't want to come with us as they want to sit at home and relax.

We roamed across the city exploring it and taking pictures. Rome is a city full of ancient architecture and rich history.

"I am feeling hungry now". Ryan said as he sat on a bench.

"Me too". I said sitting beside him.

"I saw a restaurant over there. Lets go". Michael said pointing towards in opposite direction and we follow him.

As soon as we ordered I thought of teasing Isabelle and Sophie.

"Sophie has a huge crush on you Ryan" I said.

Sophie and Isabelle started coughing while Michael was looking pissed and Ryan was looking awkward.

"What are you saying Em"? Isabelle asked me.

"I am saying Sophie has a crush on Ryan like you have on Michael".

They all are looking at each other in awkward silence while me Caleb are trying not to laugh. I can't take it anymore. I started laughing loudly and said.
