Lost Love

Chapter 30

We were still in the club. Isabelle and Sophie are no where to be found. Caleb is beside me looking at me with pure love.

"You are so beautiful". He said kissing me on my cheek. I blushed at his behaviour.

"Let's go out". Caleb said getting up and grabbing my hand.

"But what about them"? I asked.

"They are with their boyfriends. Don't worry". He said as he lead me out of the club.

As I stepped out I felt cool breeze hitting my face. It's so refreshing.

"We are going on a long drive". Caleb said as we reached his car.

"Long drive"? I asked.

"Yes. You said you never got the chance to experience it". He said as he sat down in the driver's seat.

He started driving and we both were silent just living the calmness of the night. After sometime he stopped the car and motioned me to come out. I was awestruck when I stepped out of the car. We are on a clear land. Sky full of stars. The only light is coming from moon making the place more peaceful. We sat on the car's hood staring at the beautiful sky.

"Do you remember? You asked me what I am afraid of"? Caleb broke the silence. I just hummed at his question.

"At that time I didn't had an answer but now I have. I am afraid of losing you". Caleb said holding my hand in his. I turned my face to see him. As I didn't respond to him, he continued.

" I didn't liked it when you said you will get a new boyfriend. I know you just pranked me and I completely trust you. But even the thought of losing you is scaring me".

"Don't be scared. I am always here for you". I said placing my hand on his cheek.

"Promise me you won't leave". He whispered.

"I promise you. You will be stuck with me forever". I said smiling at him.

"Forever". He said as he started kissing me.
After kissing for sometime Caleb broke the kiss and said " spend the night with me". I nodded at him as I was unable to form any word. Soon we reached his apartment.

This is the first time I am in his apartment. The place is so clean. Everything is on it's place. He took me to his room passing the living room. I entered his room. His room is  full of dark brown and white colour. There is a king sized bed in the middle. A sofa on the left corner while a dressing table on the right side. I am standing in the middle of his room feeling damn nervous.

"Are you sure? You want this"? Caleb asked embracing me.

"Yes". I replied shyly.

As the words left my mouth he lifted me in his arms and placed me on the bed. Then we made love for the first time.

When I woke up I felt something on my waist. I looked down only to find Caleb's arm holding me tightly. I turned to face him and kissed on his forehead. He looks so calm while sleeping.

"Good morning Angel". Caleb said opening his eyes.

"Good morning". I replied shyly.

"How was the night"? He smirked at me.

"Shut up". I said slapping his chest playfully while my cheeks are on fire.

"You look so cute when you blush". He said kissing my cheeks. Before I could say something my stomach grumbled.

"Oh my baby is hungry. Come down I'll prepare breakfast for us". Caleb said as he went towards the bathroom first probably to get a shower.

I was still lying on the bed when he came back wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants.

"Come fast". He said and went down.

I got up from the bed then I realized I dont have any clothes and I am not going to wear that dress again. "I"ll wear Caleb's shirt". Thinking to myself I went inside the bathroom. After showering I went to Caleb's walk in closet. I grabbed his blue shirt and wore. It ends up at my thighs. My stomach grumbled again reminding me of food. "Let's go and eat" . I thought as I ran outside the room.

I stopped in my tracks when I found everyone sitting in the living room. Everyone means his parents, my parents, Isabelle, Ryan, Michael and Sophie. Why are they here. I turned around to ran back inside the room.

"You don't have to go back Emily". Isabelle yelled.

"Fuck" I cursed under my breath as I turned around. Now I got everyone's attention.

"Emily?" Dad said looking at me with blank expression. How will he react when he sees his daughter in her boyfriends shirt.

"Hi everyone". I greeted shyly. Caleb came at my side and stood beside me.

"What are you guys doing here"? Caleb asked calmly.

"Well. In case you forgot sweetheart it's our wedding anniversary today. So we are here for our family lunch". Aunt Olivia said.

"Ofcourse not mom I didn't forgot. Happy anniversary to you and dad". Caleb wished them.

"Happy anniversary Uncle and aunt". I wished them.

"Thanks sweetie. I invited Miller's to join our lunch". Uncle Adam said.

"Its afternoon"? I asked Caleb before he could reply Ryan said with a mischievous smile " yes. It is. Why did you sleep late at night"?

"Shut up Ryan". Caleb said saving me from embarrassment.

"I knew you will be here so I brought clothes for you go and change". Sophie said giving me a bag.

"I'll be back". I said as I went inside the room to change my clothes.

I joined everyone on the dining table and we started eating our lunch talking and laughing like a happy family.
