Pros:
-user can change body size (full height 18ft)
-user can make claws in human form
-user semi permanently has paws
-user can control fur in human form
-user has enhanced senses and strength
-user is immune to fire and ice
-user can eat most foods
Cons:
-user will always be heavy in human and animal form
-user can't cut down claws easily
-user can't always move their hands with paw pads
-user will grow hair ridiculously fast
-user will get overwhelmed at times
-user can't get nutrition from all foods and poop will be a nightmares
Weakness: blood infection
User has a very large and fast heart so infections of the blood will spread fast
