Pros:
-angels can talk through user
-user can talk to angels not using quirk
-user can burrow some of angel's power if needed
-user can help others
-user has marks for all angels to identify who us possessing them
Cons:
-user will be worshipped by the unaware
-user can only talk to angels in their head
-user can only use a fraction of the power and only when possessed
-user can't predict how angels will help someone
-user is the only one to know marks
Weakness: overuse
User becomes an emotionless husk and frozen in place, all communication blocked
