-user can act as characters of shanty
-user can change voice when singing
Cons:
-user cannot translate shanties to any language
-user needs background music for shanties
-user will have the voice and swearing tendencies of a sailor when not using quirk
-user can only change voice when singing
-user may summon the ghosts of sailors with quirk
Weakness: sailing
User is violently sea sick and will be terrified of the sea
