Pros:
-user can do this to any targets
-user can test new curses
-user can use quirk as they talk to others
Cons:
-user cannot tell targets about curses or they become useless
-user cannot make new or fix curses easily
-user can only use quirk as they talk to others
Weakness: alcohol
User will randomly use curses that they won't remember
