User can control targets through blood
Pros:
-fangs
-targets are unconscious when under control
-target has no memory of actions when under control
-user can continue control with constant flow of blood
-user can cause mayhem
Cons:
-user must collect blood from target
-control only happens with supply of blood
-user must be good at acting or raise suspensions
-user can and will be caught as quirk is rare
-targets can break free if strong enough
-targets are harder to control when inebriated
-user has limited mobility when controlling
Weakness: overuse
User loses control of their body and blood cell count, in danger of gaining too much blood in their system
