User can target and use curses through their eyes
Pros:
-user is quirk with curse and will it where it hurts
-user knows the right curse as soon as they target
-user can see without targeting with protective inner eyelids they have
-user can administer curses physical if they want
Cons:
-user will target and curse without thinking more often than not and may regret it
-user cannot predict what a curse will do to targets
-user must use glasses as inner eyelids are not fool proof
Weakness: going blind
This caused through injury or overuse, the user losing their quirk
