User can make targets hug
Pros:
-user temporarily blocks use of quirk in targets when they hug
-user can fully control targets if they want
-user can use quirk to help pass on information or aid missions
-user is immune to mind control using quirk
-user can tell who is the best hugger (aka HUG METER)
Cons:
-user will always deactivate quirk of those they control
-user will stain themselves with full control
-user must be careful with quirk and train a lot to be of aid
-user has weak barriers without using their quirk
Weakness: contact with others
User's quirk is deactivated when in physical contact with someone else. User is likely to HATE hugs due to this
