-user can create new genders
-user can change a target's body
Cons:
-user will use male and female as default
-change of genitals will be painful
-user will go through a lot to officially make a new gender
-user can't change gender without consent
Weakness: identity
User will struggle with their own identity and will need extensive therapy as quirk is activated
