User can summon friends
Pros:
-user can physically teleport friends to where they are standing
-user can create fictional friends if needed
-user can locate new friends who will suit them
-user can do this for all targets
Cons:
-user can not guarantee condition of friends when they arrive
-user and targets become obessed with fictional friend with prolonged contact
-fictional friends will slowly grow too powerful or out of control with prolonged contact and eventually create physical body they can manipulate any way
-user can not talk to these new friends without locating them and will subsequently impulsively stalk new friends and targets
Weakness: overuse
User will be trapped in their fantasy work of friends and be controlled by quirk (it doesn't know decent conduct)
