User always knows the time
Pros:
-user always the time to the microsecond
-user knows the time anywhere
-user never needs a clock
-user can set timers/reminders
Cons:
-user is time illiterate before quirk is active
-user can't do anything when checking time
Weakness: overuse
User is frozen in place and can only tell time
