User or quirk comes from a different world. User may trigger unknown memories of these other universes.
Quirk:
Seen as "unnatural" or "odd", user may trigger a connection to these worlds their quirk belongs to. Level of access varies from user to user but all will create a connection to former universes in all cases.
Knowledge of other worlds is limited to the creation, use, training and holders of the quirk.
Direct connection to worlds are rare with case studies.
User:
User is created by the matter of another universe, with attributes of said world before this phenomenon is triggered.
Memories, tools and lost souls can be recovered to varying effects when user forms connection to their universe once the phenomenon is triggered. Portals for the user to travel to this universe is also possible.
User is the only one to ever know about this unless it is shared by word.
