Ship: Collin x Viper

Collins POV

Collin: I couldn't believe he was kissing me. The thing started to scream in my head saying that it was going to kill Viper, that made me upset. I started to cry, Viper pulled away, confused as to why I was crying.

Viper: "Collin?! Were- were you not ok with that?"

Collin: his tone was sad. I quickly wiped away the tears, sniffling.

Collin: "No, no, it's not your fault. It's just...the thing in my head was threatening you and I just got scared."

Collin: He looked at me confused, oh right, he doesn't know about the thing.

Collin: "Oh...right...you see...there's this thing inside of me I don't know it's name or what it is, all I know is that it wants to make my life a living hell. Sometimes..it takes over, that's what happened when I first met you and the guild. This thing was in control..."

Collin: The tears had returned. Viper had a sympathetic look. He came closer to me and pulled me into a hug. I started to sob into his chest.

Thing: 'your pathetic. Useless. A worthless nobody. Viper's acting like he cares about you now but ever since you got here he's berated you, practically bullied you.'

Collin: I suddenly pushed myself away from Viper. The thing wasn't wrong...why was Viper being nice to me all of a sudden and he even kissed me.! Viper looked at me in concern as I stood, slowly backing away before turning around and running.

Viper's POV

Viper: I watched as he ran off. 'Why's he run off?' One minute he was crying into me the next he was running off. Does it have something to do with the thing in his head? I sighed. No matter the reason he ran away from me. I guess I deserve it for how I've treated him. It's not that I hated him, I actually loved him I just.. didn't' know how to convey my feelings. That's why I kissed him, hoping he would feel the same way about me. Maybe he doesn't, I guess it would make sense. Oh well...

Collins POV

Collin: I was in my room now. I was just laying on my bed, streams still streaming down my face. The thing laughed at me.

Thing: 'Oh Collin, how do you expect to stop me when you run away after a few
little insults.'

Collin: I continued to cry. I didn't want to be here anymore. As the thing continued to insult me I slowly drifted off to sleep.

~ze next day~

Collin: I was slowly sipping my apple juice at the bar. Everyone was here, except for Viper. They others were talking about something called 'the grand magic games' Suddenly the door creaked open and in walked the poison dragon slayer himself.
He didn't seem as mad as he usually was. He came over to the bar, the opposite side to myself. Everyone watched, not expecting him to act like this so suddenly. He turned to lily.

Viper: "Can I get some poison?"

Collin: everyone was shocked, well, I was just confused. Why was he acting....nicer? Lily quickly got his poison, being quite. Micheal seemed confused. Pat and Bren looked concerned. Seek just looked scared.

Collin: Everyone was quite through Vipers time in the guildhall. Once he finished drinking his poison he left, but I, as the idiot I am, followed him. I followed him all the back to his house. He stopped before entering. He looked right at the area I was hiding at. 'Did he see me?'

Viper: "Collin? What are you doing here?"

Collin: "Eppp."

Collin: I was startled, how did he know I was here. I guess he's not an Ss class for nothing. I slowly stepped out into view, scared he'd be mad at me.

Collin: "Ssssorry for following you...I, um, I just wanted to make sure you were ok, uh, you were acting differently from usual..."

Collin: He looked at me questioningly.

Viper: "Do you not like the way I'm acting?"

Collin: "N-no. I mean! I-if you want to act this way t-that's fine. I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong e-especially after yesterday..."

Collin: He looked as if he didn't believe me.

Viper: "Well, since no one seemed to like me normally I figured I'd change it up."

Collin: He looked away from me.

Collin: "What do you mean n-no one likes you n-normally?"

Collin: He looked back at me.

Viper: "You're literally proof of that, I tried to be nice and help you and you ran away."

Collin: I gasped. 'Did I hurt his feelings?'

Thing: 'Haha, Pathetic."

Collin: My face morphed to one of anger. This thing was the one that made me run away, not that I blamed him, I shouldn't have believed his lies. Viper may not be the nicest but he has feelings and I'm the one that hurt those feelings.

Collin: "I mean...yes, I did run away, I shouldn't have. It's just the thing...I know that's no excuse I just...for some reason believed it when it said you didn't care about me. I understand that was stupid now."

Collin: Tears started to fill my eyes. I hadn't even noticed Viper coming over to me until he pulled me into a bear hug. I gasped, not expecting that.

Collin: "V-Viper?...."

Viper: "Hm?"

Collin: I took in a breath, preparing my confession.

Collin: "I understand if you don't feel the same way but...I really like you."

Collin: He laughed. I pulled away from him a bit to look at him.

Viper: "Oh, I thought it was obvious I liked you."

Collin: I blinked, realization hitting me like a brick. A blush creeped on my face as the memory of the kiss entered my mind. I leaned in closer to Viper, ignoring the thing yelling at me. I leaned in and softly pressed my lips to his. He kissed back, readjusting us to a more comfortable position.

Collin: In the end I stayed over at Vipers house for the night since it was dark outside. We ended up making it official. The thing still threatens to kill him but I don't care, I've never been happier in my life.
