"...I've seen worse," Scott said as he looked up at the building in front of them. It looked horrible; as if it was going to be haunted by a collection of ghosts and murderers.

"Where have you seen worse?" Stiles countered.

"Listen up! The meet's been pushed 'til tomorrow. This is the closest motel with the most vacancies and the least amount of good judgement when it comes to accepting a bunch of degenerates like yourselves! You'll be pairing up-- choose wisely. And I'll have no sexual perversions perpetrated by you little deviants! Got that? Keep your dirty little hands to your dirty little selves!"

Feeling a hand snake on her own, Lena glanced over to see Lydia beside her and she frowned confused, "when did you get here?" She asked and Allison was stood beside her. There was a small tension between them but it wasn't as bad as she imagined it to be and it looked like they were just going to pretend the other day never happened.

They took the key off of Coach before heading towards the room but all the while Lydia was hesitant and looking like something was wrong, "Lydia?" Allison asked to check if she was okay.

"I don't like this place."

"I don't think the people who own this place like this place." Seeing that she was still distressed Allison sighed, "it's just for a night."

"A lot can happen in one night..."

As they got in Allison went for a shower, Lydia went to get new towels and not wanting to be cooped up anymore Lena went for a walk (more specifically to the vending machine but she didn't tell anyone else in fear they'd ask for something). As she got there she got a packet of skittles and was about to walk away when she spotted both Boyd and Stiles heading her way. They weren't together but she'd figured she'd say hello to them regardless.

"You look cheerful," she said to Boyd but he ignored her completely as he put his money in the machine and moved to press the button for Reeses.

"Yo!" Stiles said to both of them and she offered a smile to him but it was concerned as she was somewhat focused on Boyd, "Hey! That was the same thing I was gonna get." The food got stuck, "oh, hang on...You know what? I got a patented method for this, don't worry-" Boyd didn't listen to him and instead punched through the machine taking the food and walking off.

Watching him, both Lena and Stiles turned to face each other, "was that weird?" She asked.

"...A little...?" He asked, taking the food he wanted before they both walked away from the crime scene.

"That felt more than a little weird," she admitted and he nodded in agreement.

"More than a little."

Entering the motel room, she soon spotted both Allison and Lydia who looked nervous and terrified, "what happened?" She asked, her eyes flickering between them as she tried to see if there was any immediate danger.

"Where have you been?" Allison asked and Lena narrowed her eyes before she held out her bag of skittles.

"Want one?"

"You know, there is something seriously wrong with this place," Lydia said, "we need to leave," she urged and Lena frowned as she tried to understand what was going on. She was starting to think she shouldn't have left purely so that she could be kept within the loop.

"But they were suicides, not murders, and it's not like this place is haunted, right?"

"Suicides?" Lena asked but it still wasn't answered.

"Maybe it is?" Lydia asked and Lena sighed before bringing the bag of skittles closer to herself and continuing to eat them. She decided instead of wasting her time and asking what was happening she was going to just go with the flow, "you know, I bet that couple made their suicide pact in that very room! Maybe that's why they're renovating-- maybe they've been scraping brain matter off the wood panelling."
