"She's not dead," Derek said.
"Derek, he said, "There's a dead body. It's Erica." Doesn't exactly leave us room for interpretation," Stiles reminded but Derek didn't care as he looked around the group of teenagers and Deaton.
"Then who was in the vault with Boyd?"
"Someone else, obviously."
Lena glanced over at him not being able to help but think that he was being slightly insensitive but she didn't say anything, "And maybe it was the girl on the motorcycle, okay?" Scott asked looking over to Isaac, "the one who saved you?"
"No, she wasn't like us...and whoever was in the vault with Boyd was," Isaac pointed out.
"What if that's how Erica died? They, like, pit them against each other during the full moons and see which one survives? It's like Werewolf Thunderdome."
"Then we get them out tonight."
"Be smart about this, Derek. You can't just go storming in," Deaton reminded.
"If Isaac got in, then so can we," Derek countered.
"But he didn't get through a vault door, did he?"
"We need a plan," Scott admitted, agreeing with Deaton.
"How are we gonna come up with a plan to break into a bank vault in less than twenty-four hours?" Derek scoffed.
"You could use the door," Lena said but they ignored her as Stiles had found something on his phone.
"Uh, I think someone already did... 'Beacon Hills First National Bank closes its doors three months after vault robbery." Doesn't say here how it was robbed, but it probably won't take long to find out," he explained and Derek raised his brow.
"How long?"
"It's the internet, Derek, okay?" Stiles scoffed, "minutes."
Scrubbing the dried patches of blood off her arms, she gritted her teeth in pain as the cuts and marks stung her. Why was blood so difficult to get off of skin? Once she'd done that, she grabbed onto a clean towel and gently pressed down on it before getting the plasters and bandages out.
Walking back into her bedroom, she was about to get her pyjamas when a hand grabbed onto her own. Tensing up, she flicked her eyes up to meet Isaac's face who was staring down at the wounds on her arm, "jesus, do you want to start givin' a lass a warnin'?" She asked but he was too focused on the injuries.
"I'm sorry," he muttered and she glanced down at her arm before sighing and pulling it away.
"It's fine," she assured, moving over to her bed so that she could put the plasters on. He watched her with his eyes filled with so much guilt and sorrow. "You know, when Clarice Orsini died Lorenzo wrote to the pope who he had all but declared war on and said the death of my dearest and sweetest wife Clarice, that recently happened to me, it is of so much damage, prejudice, and pain for infinite reasons, that it has overcome my patience and resistance to the troubles and persecutions of fate, for which I did not think that I would be so affected. And this, to be deprived of such sweet habits and companionship...made me feel, and currently makes me feel, as if I'm lost." She rambled, "a bit depressing if you ask me but also sweet... even back then love existed."
Isaac thought for a moment before he raised his brow, "was there a point to that?"
Stopping in her actions, she pressed her lips together before lifting her head up and meeting his eyes, "no, I just learnt it and wanted to tell someone. Show off you know?" She mused, "is there a reason you keep breaking into my room Lahey?"
