Jennie's POV

"Okay Jennie.." Chaeyoung started. "Tell me more about yourself."

"Where do I start?" I took a deep breath. "My parents left me at my aunt's place eight months ago. I guess they both don't like me? Because they had been saying that I wasn't good enough as a daughter. My auntie and my cousin's treatment towards me then changed. They made me their servant. And three days ago, they forced me out of their house."

"I'm sorry for asking Jennie. But whatever you've been through, I want to remind you that it makes you strong as a person." Chaeyoung said as she gave me a comforting smile.

"Thanks Chae."

"Oh wait. Are you, I mean, how's your studies?"

"I should be in my third year now but my college life was stopped."

"Oh sorry."

"No, you don't have to be."

"What is your course, by the way?"

"I am taking Computer Science."

"Wow! You know about computers! That is awesome!"

"Thank you Chaeyoung!"

"How would you find a job though?"

"I was planning to just find a work that requires no academic background."

"Jennie."

"Hmm?"

"I am working as a secretary for Kim Jisoo. You know, the – "

"Kim Jisoo?! The CEO of KJS Corp?!?!"

"Yes, Jennie. You know her?"

Wow! I am somewhat connected to Kim Jisoo. Kim Jisoo! The crush of my life! My inspiration in the world of computers! I watch her appear on TV shows and I enjoy watching her and hearing her voice, yes, even if I don't understand the business terminologies she is mentioning but AAARRRGHHHHH her husky voice is so attractive.

"Of course! Who doesn't know her?" I said lovingly. "Why?"

"Oh uh, nothing. I forgot."

Why did she mention it? I felt like she was about to say something.

"Jennie. Let us sleep now. I go to work early. You can stay here during the day tomorrow if you like or if you think you'll find a job... uhh! What I mean is be comfortable and do whatever you'll like."

"Okay haha. Thanks Chae!"

Waaahhhh! Is this true? I am now somewhere near Kim Jisoo! I even set her as my standard for my suitors when I was still at the university. Good-looking, kind, warm smile, heart-shaped lips, has a husky but not scary voice, she is also smart. Smart, of course. How can she make her company thrive if she is not smart? And look at her age, she is just two years older than me! Oh! That means she is also good in decision-making! AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH! Why so perfect Kim Jisoo?!

I drifted to sleep with a smile on my face.
