Only Yours (Jensoo)

Jennie was done knitting the pair of socks she wished to give Jisoo. All she has to do is wrap the gift and prepare a heartfelt speech – preferably a short one but enough to make Jisoo cry.

Just then, her phone rang. An incoming call from Chaeyoung.

"Chaeyoung! Why did you call?"

"I was gonna ask you a favour actually."

"Sure, what is that?"

"I am planning to buy Lisa and Jisoo a gift tomorrow. Please go with me?"

"It's Christmas eve tomorrow already?"

"Well yes, but I'm really busy today and tomorrow's the only day I got. Please, please Jennie. I'll buy you a week's supply of milk."

"Okay fine, I'll just ask permission from Jisoo."

"I love you Jennie!! You are the best sister!"

"As if you have a sister." Jennie playfully rolled her eyes.

"Hehe! But thank you! I'll just meet you there."

"Okay."

After they ended the call, Jennie did not delay wrapping the gift as she knows that she'll go out the next day.

She then went downstairs and found Jisoo at the couch playing at her phone.

"Jisoo! Jisoo! Jisoo!"

Jisoo looked away from her phone and answered. "Yes Jen?"

"I will accompany Chaeyoung tomorrow. We'll go to the mall, I guess?"

Jisoo's eyebrows furrowed and replied, "It's Christmas eve tomorrow?"

"Well, yeah but she told me she's busy today and she's gonna buy Lisa a gift."

Jisoo nodded in understanding. "Okay. But be safe, the two of you. Or should I drive you guys?"

"No, no. it's okay. We can manage."

Jisoo nodded again and went back to playing.

The next day, Jennie woke up early and she freshened up. When she went downstairs she checked the fridge, only to find it empty. Weird, especially when the owner of the house is a rich person and more especially when it's Christmas Eve.

"Jisoo!" Jennie called as she saw her coming down.

"Hmm?" Jisoo asked as she rub her eyes.

"Do you not cook during Christmas?"

"Actually no. I just eat on Christmas a usual dinner since I'm always alone before."

Jennie just nodded and said, "Okay."

After a few minutes, a doorbell was heard. Jisoo checked for it and saw Chaeyoung on the screen. She immediately opened the door and called for Jennie.

"Yo Kim Jennie! Chaeyoung's here already!"

"Okay wait!" Jennie shouted from her room.

"You should take a seat first." Jisoo offered.

"Oh yeah. Thanks!"

Jennie went to them and found the two on their own phones. It looked like they don't know each other.
