Only Yours (Jensoo)

They walked out of the restaurant and Jennie just maintained a distance between them. She doesn't know if Jisoo is also mad at her. She halted when she saw Jisoo stopped walking.

She met Jisoo's eyes only to found concern and gentleness.

"Jennie, I'm sorry. Do you like the guy or probably want to go out with him?"

Jennie found this the opportunity to cling to Jisoo's arms.

"Nope. I actually felt uncomfy, I just smiled out of courtesy." Jennie said as she unconsciously rubbed her hands on Jisoo's forearm.

"Great then!" Jisoo chuckled.

"Hmm? Why is that?"

"Uhh... it's just, I suddenly thought that you may like him then you'll hate me for stopping the two of you."

"You just did right. Let's go home now."

The two of them both plopped down to bed after they got home. Their minds are both on the events this day.

(Jennie's side/thoughts)

She remembered that moment when Jisoo fetched her and decided to scare her. She laughed in her mind as those moments are replaying in her head. Jisoo must feel comfortable with her enough to do something like that. She never forgot that moment when Jisoo was controlling herself to not fight the waiter. And that moment when Jisoo referred to her as a 'beautiful lady'. She put her face on the pillow and started squealing. Those moments will surely be written in her notebook.

(Jisoo's side/thoughts)

She didn't understand why she acted like that earlier. If she hadn't control herself, she probably had strangled the waiter until she has released all her anger.

Why is this happening to me? I don't even like Jennie in that way.

She thought that her body had its own life at that time. Like, it wasn't her who is in that body earlier.

Thinking that she'll get no proper answer from her mind, she just decided to sleep it off.

Today was the Christmas party at Jennie's school. Jisoo went to Jennie's university to fetch her.

"Hiding in a mask, Kim Jisoo?" A woman behind her said.

"Hey Mrs. Lee! It's been a long time!"

"My, my, my... still being formal Jisoo? I told you to be comfortable with me already."

"Uhm... Jessica?" Jisoo let out a nervous chuckle. "It still sounds weird."

"It sounds fine. Anyways, how are you? What are you doing here?"

"I'm fine. I'm here to fetch..." Jisoo spotted that woman walking and called her. "Jennie!"

Jennie looked to Jisoo's direction and was rooted on the ground. She saw Jisoo talking to the dean.

"There she is. Call me or I'll call you if I find the time." Jisoo said.

"Ok, don't make the woman wait."

"Goodbye Mrs. Lee!" Jisoo said as she jogs toward Jennie. The dean could only laugh at Jisoo's stubbornness.

"Hey Jenjen! Let's go?"

"You know our dean? You are close with her?"

Jisoo was mummed for a moment as she thinks of an answer. She decided to act smugly.

"I am Kim Jisoo. Only a few people don't know me."

"Ok, ok. You're a big name, I know." Jennie replied as she playfully rolled her eyes. "I want to cook later."

"Okay, then. Let's get groceries first."

When they reached the house, Jennie decided to open the gift she received in front of Jisoo.

"Who picked your name?" Jisoo asked.

"Kai gifted me this. Minseok was the one who picked my name but he told me he and Kai exchanged."

Jisoo could only scoff at Kai's desperate move.

Jennie tore the gift wrap and already saw what's inside. Jennie doesn't know whether she should feel flattered or offended.

Meanwhile, Jisoo pursed her lips to stifle a laugh. When Jennie looked up at her, she laughed loudly.

"A cheap make-up kit?" Jisoo laughed as she pointed at it.

Jennie pouted and asked, "Are you laughing because I'm ugly and I need this?"

Jisoo stopped laughing and made a serious face. "No, you're not. It's just weird for me to receive a make-up kit. I'll go upstairs."

Jennie frowned because she isn't fond of make-ups - powder and lip tint are all she uses. She's only studying anyways.

Jisoo at her room is unhappy with the gift Jennie received. The thought is making again her arms and legs want to jump out.

How dare he give that?! He surely knows how to make a woman uncomfortable. It's obviously cheap and I can give her better.

She was surprised at what she was just thinking and just went to the bathroom to freshen up.

When she came downstairs, she could already smell the aroma of the food that Jennie is cooking.

"Yo! Hi Chef Jennie! It smells delicious."

"It's my specialty Ms. Jisoo. Please expect the food to be served in a few minutes."

Jisoo grabbed a carton of apple juice from the fridge and poured it onto two glasses.

Jennie called for Jisoo's attention while they are eating.

"What?"

"What's our food for Christmas?" Jennie asked.

"Uhm... I don't know. Is food on Christmas a must?"

"Come on! Christmas is a season of food. Don't worry. I'll cook a lot on Christmas!" Jennie offered. "I'll look up for Christmas recipes."

Jisoo didn't know what exactly to answer so she just kept silent.
